near Lake Tahoe, clean and affordable

There were a lot of bad reviews overall but we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and quite big and the bed was very confy. The only bad thing would be the bathroom because of the shower (water dripping on the floor) but that wasn’t a bid deal. The room was really warm and cozy at night and we enjoyed out stay (we even booked 2 more nights directly to the hotel after our stay ended). Definitely recommend for a cheap stay in South Lake Tahoe.

Nothing that I want to mention.

The room was large, comfortable and clean. The bedding was excellent - clean and new. A very good choice for a 2/3 star hotel. Check-in was quick and friendly.

The Booking.com might want to direct future guests to check-in at the hotel next door (which manages both properties). This would save a few minutes of confusion as it is necesary to read the signs to learn to walk to the adjacent hotel.

The room was big, bed was huge, all very comfortable. I didn't hear any neighbors, except for people walking outside. I'm not sure if anyone was in the rooms next to us, but yeah it was quiet.

The cable was not coming in well, though maybe that was due to the storm? The remote did nothing. The place could have had something of a breakfast (we paid less for places with breakfast nearby).

This was a lovely motel. Perfect location only a 5 minute walk from the Lake. Staff very helpful. The room was lovely and clean and although very outdated had loads of character and charm. We only stayed for one night as passing through on a road trip but had a lovely nights stay.

There was nothing we did not like.

Good price, clean, fridge and microwave in room, convenient location, accommodating staff. I had two separate reservations and they kindly changed my room type so I wouldn't need to check out in between.

Lots of traffic noise, but that's true of every motel along Lake Tahoe Blvd

The location was good. The beds were comfortable. We got the room with 2 separate rooms and beds. Both rooms had their own tv.

The shower head needed fixing as did the holder for the shower hose. There was no fixed shower head on the wall.

My room had been remodeled and was an excellent value for a property of this age. It also had a very modern big screen TV and desk, good-sized refrigerator and microwave. All I needed for a very comfortable stay. The internet was very satisfactory too!

This might be standard for the area, but it took several minutes to warm up the water and the room. Luckily, both became quite satisfactory.

Location was great. Close to everything but not right in the middle of the crowds. Motel was quiet and clean with good heat! It’s low price place perfect for just needing place to sleep! No breakfast but very close to many restaurants of varying price.

The location was great and the room was pleasant. There was good wifi, with a private password. I needed that foe my business trip, working on a laptop.

The gam in the corner of the room was dusty, and the shower was lukewarm; (took a while to heat up.) Otherwise it was fine.
