Fairfield Inn & Suites Twentynine Palms - Joshua Tree National Park

All the staff were wonderful- very helpful, polite and happy- and would always say hello, so we felt like very welcomed guests. The breakfast on Sunday was delicious & there was a good, varied selection- on Monday, there were fewer choices, but the standard was still excellent. It was lovely to have a small pool for a quick swim at the end of the day & to cool off from the sun. We also used the gym, which was basic but sufficient for a workout. The location is perfect to visit Joshua Tree National Park.

The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, so a mattress upgrade or topper would help. There are limited choices for meals in the local town, but we found a couple of options.

The best part of this Best Western was the staff! All of the front desk people we dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful. We really appreciated that! The breakfast was fine - a little unorganized though and they kept running out of items- but it was Presidents weekend, so they may have been busier than usual.

Tired of hotels using Covid as an excuse to no clean rooms daily. If you’re going to continue that you need to come up with a convenient way to replenish coffee supplies, shampoo, etc. Having your customers walk down to the front desk and ask for these things every day is not good customer service- at all.

This hotel is a very pleasant, well kept accommodation - quite a contrast to the general appeal of Twentynine Palms. We had a good sized room for a family of four.

Breakfast was the standard offering of convenience products, plastic packaging galore and disposable cutlery and plates.

After traveling five hours from phoenix and driving through 29 palms it was a relief to walk into my room and see that it was spotlessly clean, even though there was a carpet there was absolutely no musty odor like there are in many hotels. The room is also cleaned on a daily basis something that unfortunately isn't done in all hotels anymore because of the pandemic excuse . The room was spacious and had a great layout with 12 foot ceilings which I have never seen before in a hotel .The staff was super, and this hotel is very close to the entrance of Joshua tree

This hotel needs to invest in some new mattresses! I stayed there three nights and the first night was very quiet. Although it wasn't the hotels for the second night not so much. The people staying above me were very inconsiderate and it sounded like things were being dropped on the floor until 12 PM at night keeping me awake. Most likely they were letting their children jump off the bed. I know it was not just me because after I made my complaint at the front desk I sat down in the lobby and a woman came in and made the same complaint to them.

great size room. breakfast quite good for a hotel breakfast. clean, easy to navigate, ice machine worked great too.

Parking fee was a surprise, and did not take a car. I car pooled. however they charge you parking after check out without even telling you. they should really advertise the fact they charge for parking, rather than show up and have a small sign say 10 dollars a day. need to get my charge reversed for that.

The room was spacious, very clean, big fat comfortable beds, large flat screen television that you can sync to your mobile phone, it had an ironing board and iron. Wi-Fi speed was not super fast but good for me, the air conditioner was super cold and loud but controllable via the wall thermostat. breakfast was decent with bacon, gravy, omelets, continental breakfast, etc.

Good location, helpful staff, tasteful breakfast, water, tea and coffee available around the clock, small but nice swimming pool, big room, close to shopping center, highly recommended.

My room was not cleaned during my two days stay. Corridors should be vacuumed more often.

bed pillows flat and uncomfortable and scrambled eggs they served were very wet.

Almost everything, as always, was nice. Coffee for free at lobby with syrups is great. Nice and quiet. Spacious rooms and bathroom. We will always come back.

The parking fee. Last time we stayed here parking was included. Maybe I'd like to have pancakes or waffles for breakfast as well...

charged for everything first time I was ever hit by a surprise parking charge. stayed three nights and every morning they ran out of something for breakfast weather it was eggs, potatoes or bacon they would bring out more but then the other items would be gone so it was get what you could then wait on the other they even ran out of coffee on day.
