Comfortable and simple room with a fridge…YESSS! Bed was fine, size of the room was good, bathroom was nice and simple, ac was excellent (nice and chilly) and there was a fridge. Location was perfect and the cost of the room was very affordable. We’ve stayed here twice before and have never had any issues. The young man at the front desk was extremely helpful and very courteous, he helped us tremendously during the checkin process (07-02-2022). The staff was great! We like room #6 and there’s a good Mexican food spot directly across the street.

I can only speak for ourselves when I say that there was nothing worth mentioning in a negative way during our stay/stays here. We’ve stayed here a total of 3 times and have no complaints, the room has always served it’s purpose.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable so we slept so very well. It was a brief stay and provided just what we needed a cool comfortable bed and good shower.

The wooden box the bed was on was too large and we both hit our legs on it. I did tell the Office person and she said she would pass the info on to the owner

The location, price and condition of the room is perfect. The room itself was clean, comfortable and the ac was blowing nice and cold. The price of the room was very reasonable...and there was no noise. We’re definitely staying here again. We stayed in room 6 which had a refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave.

Everything was good.

The location was great. I was unable to come back to the room. However there as a mix on my part involving some other guest. The manager/Owner and staff hopped on the situation right away for me. They cleared up the confusion and made me feel like there own family. I love them..

That some of the rooms are inside a closed area so it makes it hard for rooms to stay cool

Staff....room had a kitchen, and seemed more like a single apartment, which was nice.

After the curb was another concrete block, which I tripped, and hurt my foot. They might want to paint yellow on that block to warm people.

property was fine as well as the people managing it.

Was surprised to have a kitchenette ! And the door leading to the outside, instead of that sketchy interior communal hallway was a bonus.

The price was unexpectedly high for a random Thursday .

access to office is great, many restaurants close by.

bathroom did not have space for toiletries, no counters.

Breakfast was included and the fact that they have a low weekly rate.
