I liked the cleanliness, comfort and efficiency, The rooms are very well laid out and appointed. Great use of space with work areas, storage, bathrooms, etc. Also very quiet. Never heard any neighbors, people in the hall or airplanes!

Didn't fully understand that the room temp is controlled at the window HVAC unit instead of on the thermostat on the wall. Maybe that should be explained at check in as everything else (like the room lighting) was completely automated. I was tired when I arrived, so I had to call downstairs and they answered my question. It was very quiet though.

The room was bright and very clean. The king bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had the soap, shampoo and lotion mounted on the wall and inside the shower so no bottles falling. Plenty of towels and a large wall mounted TV. A neat bar-height table plus a bar chair was there along with a good size sofa and ottoman.

The lighting was rather strange with wall mounted lights that weren't very adjustable. Also, several bulbs were burnt out and the power outlets in the headboard were not working. But that's stuff that can be fixed.

This facility was super clean. It seemed organized well for space. The room was also well organized. Loved the large shower with rain faucet.

There are two things that made the room not spectacular. The first is an inform air condenser. These are noisy and always (especially in upper rooms or warm regions of the country) negatively impact one sleep. The second is the placement of monitors. Having a two stage flashing monitor light going on and off every ten second is just wrong. The people who design these systems should be forced to live in them for a couple of weeks.

I first stayed here the second night it was open (bold for their taking the reservation 3 weeks before it opened, for sure). I was happy with the experience and thought the hotel was cool and convenient. I especially liked the room layout with a standing desk instead of a sit-down desk but with a barstool if you wanted to sit. I saw a lot of not so complimentary reviews and decided to try it again to see if there was some degradation in service; there was not. ... So in summary; nice hotel and accommodations, friendly staff, good location, free beverage service in the lobby (water, sparkling water, coffee, tea).

A little pricey from the first time I stayed ($160/night all-in is more reasonable). Also, the they don't have their liquor license yet (as of this review), but it is in the works; but there are a few restaurants within walking distance.

We had to wait a long time to get a drink the front desk because of all the people in the hallways and coming in from the delayed flights they were putting up. It was a very difficult night for us. We were at the hotel because we were picking up my parents from a late flight and my husband just got out of surgery. So we did not want to drive all the way back to Pueblo.

Had more staff for a night when that many people were going to be in your hotel. They also had no breakfast the next day because of how many people were in the hotel.

I like that this hotel is modern and new. It was a very enjoyable stay.

They don’t have a lost and found. Don’t leave anything because housekeeping will keep it. I wasn’t happy about my JBL speaker being stolen. Coming from South Dakota this was a wake-up for me. We have lost and found in our hotels and they actually return your items left behind. I just figure they needed it more than me. Next time I’ll just pack very light, so that I don’t get ripped off again smh…

The staff went above and beyond to help with a very stressful situation! We left a backpack on the curb while boarding an Uber at 3:15 a.m. to DIA, and the bags had our passports in it! The staff kept a very close eye out and found the bag and our passports just off property. Someone had gone through our bags, but everything was still there. There is no way we would gave recovered our bag without the night staff helping so much. We are very grateful!

I chose Atwell because we had to catch a very early flight and we wanted to be close to the airport. When we arrived I let Raina (the staff), know that we would be leaving at 3 in the morning to catch an early flight and asked her about coffee. She told me about the 24/7 coffee bar. It was excellent! At the push of a button, I could enjoy a latte, cappuccino, mocha, espresso, or a regular coffee. Thank you!

Very clean, spacious room. Plenty of towels & toiletries. Attention to detail. Lobby area well laid out, plenty of relaxing seating, family games, free tea, coffee and water. Nice gym with good quality equipment. I booked this hotel mainly because of free airport shuttle which was frequent, efficient and reliable. Would definitely recommend to others.

Nothing I didn’t like

Conveniently located close to the airport. Their shuttle made it easy to drop off my rental car early and use their shuttle to get to the airport for a 6:30 am flight. Nice view of one last sunset over the Rockies.

The thermostat in our room didn't work so we spent the night going from hot to cold and back again.
