AC Hotel by Marriott Denver Downtown

Overall this is a lovely hotel - great location, friendly & helpful staff, modern, clean, comfortable bed, good sized room. Complementary morning coffee in reception is a nice touch as you head out for the day. We ordered room service one night and it was delicious and a reasonable price.

I haven't scored negatively for this as it's a preference thing, but I have to mention it - the bathroom set up is very strange (imo). There is a toilet cubicle with a sliding glass door, a separate shower cubicle (where you step out of the shower directly into the bedroom), and then the sink is just in the bedroom. So there is virtually no privacy, and it's also hard not to wake each other up if you get up in the night. Just don't understand it as there is plenty of space for a nice bathroom. It looks great, but is impractical really.

I love how everytime we walked in we were always greeted with a warm welcome, regulardless if we came intoxicated or sober. Very rare to have a non judgmental environment when it comes to hotels because of alot of employees tend to judge. But this one was absolutely so warm and welcoming. The staff and valet went above an beyond to make sure we knew where everything was located and provided such great friendly service. Definitely want to come back for a 2nd experience!

Absolutely nothing, best hotel I've at stayed in years .

Bryn at the front desk was extremely professional and responsive to our needs. We arrived at check in just after 4 pm and a queen room was unavailable due to cleaning. I had booked 2 queens and was unwilling to take a king room. She went out of her way to get the room ready for us quickly. I was also extremely taken with the restaurant, Corrine. Excellent brunch. Our waitress, Jamie, was so welcoming and helpful. Everything was perfect! Even the chef came out and checked on my special “1” pancake order as I ordered it on the tail end of our meal!

The AC is a very nice downtown hotel with a great 20th floor rooftop bar. Try the French 54! Rooms are nice. The valet parking service is IDEAL. You can go in an out as much as you like, plus they will let you stay parked until 9PM on your check-out day without charging you for another day. We will definitely go back next time we are in Denver.

I loved the top floor with wonderful city views. The gym was great n same floor and so was the bar with incredible staff and great views.

Housekeeping not responsive then lheard complaining about having to do room so late. Bare in mind service request was made 6 hours earlier - arrived at room over 6 hours later room still not made up m

Room was clean and bright with a nice view. Every staff person was super helpful and friendly, A+ staff. Corrine Restaurant had great food. Lobby was pleasant. I never heard anything from the rooms around me, nice and quiet.

Restaurant was hard to get on the phone to order dinner. No fridge.

AC hotel has a really nice rooftop bar. Also breakfast at the restaurant at the next-door hotel, Le Meridien, was excellent. Very easy to go from one hotel to another. Both of them have nice bars, crowded, good cocktails and atmosphere. The location is perfect!

The bathrooms are very small, rooms as well. That wouldn't be a big problem if as soon as you walk out of the bathroom you are not walking into the room. Absolutely no privacy. NO FRIDGE! Never seen that before

The room was small, but very nice and sleek. I could walk from the hotel to numerous places to grab a bite to eat, which was a big advantage. All the staff were kind and helpful, particularly the valet.

Checking out very early in the morning required walking around the corner to the sister hotel. It would have been much better if there was a way to do it at the hotel, without having to haul one's bags anywhere.

Wonderful location! Extremely friendly staff, they’re amazing, smiling, kind. I’ve been to Denver SOO many times, it’s one of my favorite locations, everything is walking distance, restaurants, shop, public transportation. But the staff at the AC Hotel, they’re so awesome, helpful, polite, happy to help.

They only thing the rooftop bar was closed, I hope to come back soon and enjoy the great view, some cocktails and relax by the fire pit.

Loved the room! It was smaller but very creative in its layout. Beautiful giant windows with great city views! The open shower layout was cool but not ideal if staying with a family. More designed for a couples or solo stay. The location was ideal!! We walked to everything we wanted to see! Staff was very friendly! Our TV and room phone were broken but they were quick to send someone up to repair it.

The rooftop bar looked amazing but unfortunately during our two night stay we were never able to make it up there. They maintained a 2 1/2 hour wait to get up there even for guests staying at the hotel. We kept putting our name on the waitlist but never received a text that it was our turn to go. So we had to skip it :/ I also noticed some cleaning overlooked in our room. Food stains on the sheets and brown splatter on the wall above the bed.
