Hyatt House Denver Airport

The breakfast was great! The bed was comfy, the shower was good size. The pool was nice to go to to cool off. Great restaurant (Tower Tap and Grill) within walking distance as well as 7/11. Location was 20min outside of Denver and close to surrounding areas. Free shuttle to and from the airport.

The jacuzzi didn’t work while we were there but at least there was still the pool. The dinner options could have been better at the hotel but a lot was out of stock. Luckily, there was door dash/uber and restaurants near by, as well as 7/11 for cheaper snacks than hotel price.

very cozy and roomy, feels just like a very nice studio apartment. Anyone who complains about anything at this property is a very picky person who doesn’t meet the morals or standards of God. I seen one person say breakfast could be improved upon. Go to the store and get your own food than if your that picky, cause the spread is very nice and the ladies that get up early in the morning to cook for all of us, goes overlooked in the United States. I don’t need to point any fingers. Cause you all know who you are cause I have told you people over and over to stop praying cause all I hear is complaining and if you’re complaining about being alive you’re already dead. You and your family. THOU SHALT HAVE NO GODS BEFORE THEE. People seem to have forgotten Gods rules in life ignoring them and than when they get sick, hurt or die they wanna complain to God cause they were to ignorant in the first place on how to follow the commandments.

Can’t think of one thing.

It was quiet, close to the airport, and I was very appreciative of the hotel getting an Uber for me when the shuttle was full. There was a standard size fridge, the kitchen was decent, and it was a nice and comfortable space to stay in.

The communication on the number of people is on the shuttle list, and keeping contact with guests so arrangements can be made. Also, since many flights leave at 545am, it would be better to have Ubers available to take guests earlier so there is no rushing to make a flight.

It was a decent place to sleep for the night and grab some coffee/breakfast in the morning before flying to Western CO the next day.

We arrived in a snowstorm at Denver airport and called to have the shuttle come pick us up. However, the front desk associate advised that the shuttle was not running at the time due to be after hours. While this is a minor inconvenience, we booked this hotel with the free shuttle in mind. Instead I had to pay $40-$50 for an Uber with surge pricing to go only a few miles. With the arrival times of flights at DEN, there are still plenty of flights arriving in the late evening/early morning to justify a round-the-clock, on-demand shuttle.

I hate to mention it but, the breakfast was a bit weak. They use paper plate’s and the cheapest ones possible that could barely hold a piece of toast, super thin and food could fly. The bowls are made of styrofoam instead of paper. Bad for the environment to say the least. Of the last 7 hotels in the last month this one has the weakest water downed OJ. no decent pastries. For this price point, shopping at Costco to find the cheapest breakfast items is not becoming. it appears this approach was put in place during Covid etc. and sadly cared on.

We've stayed at this hotel twice now, once before the pandemic and once during this trip. Both times it was super clean and quiet and everything was in excellent repair. The staff at the front desk is very friendly. The included breakfast is pretty good: hot foods as well as cereal, bagels, fruit, etc. There is a free shuttle to & from the airport, which is super convenient. The ride is only 10-15 minutes long. It's perfect for an overnight if you need quick access to the airport.

There is a small bar in the lobby, but they don't serve food. It is Door Dash or Grub Hub delivery for dinner or else you'd need a car. The location is kind of out in the middle of nowhere.

Loved our one night stay. Had a minor issue...5 minutes after checking in our room door opened. The front desk had given the room to 2 separate parties! Reminder to safety lock at all times. The room itself was lovely. Full kitchen! Clean as a whistle and fully stocked. Airport shuttle was super convenient although the driver seemed to be a bit grumpy. Annoyed because cars were in the unloading area. Would definitely stay here again.

No shuttles after midnight No tea or complimentary water in the suite (the water part is important especially after long haul travel) AC blew over me uncomfortably the entire night, drying out my eyes and giving me a stuffy nose - no option for lower setting, and unable to turn it off due to frigid conditions outside

The hotel was lovely, room above expectation and bath nice and open. Shuttle assistance fabulous!

The restaurant closes at 9p and low availability of food to prep at the room from the customer store. Next time we will go to courtyard restaurant and bar to lots up. We asked about restaurant and the front desk didn’t offer the free grub hub or delivery that we read about.

The staff was super friendly. Check in and check out were seamless. We didn't use housekeeping services.

Rooms were a bit dated and small. Definitely didn't like the double doors to the bathroom. It left a half inch gap between the doors and was directly next to the bed. Furniture was slightly damaged, one cabinet door off hinges. The TV rotated between facing the bed and facing the couch, and had a permanent tilt.
