Element Denver International Airport

We checked in just before midnight and needed to check by 5:30amthe next day. Austin at the front desk was super friendly & helpful. Since we were leaving before breakfast started I asked if we could get some things to - a piece of fruit and some coffee. Austin he’s check in the back and have something ready. To my surprise there was 3 types of fruit, instant oatmeal,yogurt, ice water, coffee. The beds were very comfortable, they were soft but not too soft. I would stay here again.

The only thing that I would have appreciated is having unsweetened oatmeal and/or yogurt available

We loved the warm, salt water pool! The spacious room (101), and the helpfulness of staff. We also really appreciated that we could have a baby crib in our room and it was so easy to do!

Our flight was very early, so I wish we could have had some food before leaving or to take with us for our kiddos!

The hotel is super nice, new and very modern. I love the bed and more specifically the mattress. I slept like a baby all three nights we were there. The room was very clean and equipped with everything you may need. The bathroom was super clean too and very nice.

The only think i didn't like was the light censors in the bathroom and wardrobe like it was super annoying how they would tun on when you move pretty much. You know when you wake up in the middle of the night to go use the bathroom with your eyes closed the last thing you want is this bright light in your eyes. Good luck falling asleep afterwards. Also, there were no fruits, deserts and/or nuts balls to have with your drink outside which was a shame as we would've really enjoyed a cocktail outside by the fire pitch.

It is super comfortable, elegant without being pretentious, and very chill. The people are great, the accommodations are great.

There’s really nothing not to like about this place. I wish it was cheaper but that’s because I’m cheap, not because it isn’t a good value for the money.

location good for what I needed (conference at gaylord) 2 miles, would have walked save for the rainy weather. excellent room. felt brand new. tv/showtime great. very comfy bed and bonus small fridge and sink. very appealing modern design. very reasonable pricing. breakfast decent. tea and coffee and flavored water always available. overall, super. didn't take the shuttle but apparently free shuttle to the airport.

not their fault. it's a 30-40 min ride to Denver and there is no good way to get there besides taxi/uber. subdivisions in progress in the area make the area not very appealing.

Spotlessly clean, big comfy bed, super helpful staff, clean bathroom with hot water and good pressure. Good size room. A great shuttle service to and from Denver Airport with very happy drivers.

We waited over an hour in the rain to be picked up from airport. We called multiple times to the front desk to inquire about pick up by shuttle and we were told to be patient. We were so cold in the rain and wind. After 4th call, finally the shuttle arrived, the driver did not apologize to us for being late. We were so disappointed of their careless of customers. According to information on the hotel website, complimentary shuttle runs every 30 minutes.

EVERYTHING was wonderful! From the moment I walked into the building, the decor, ambiance and vibe from the hotel was perfect. The front desk staff, the breakfast staff, the bartender, the cleaning crew and even the shuttle drivers ALL exceeded my expectations. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was perfect, especially in light of COVID restrictions. I had the BEST view of the planes taking off and the beautiful sunrise from my bedroom window. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The walls are pretty sound proof and muffle noises from next door. The lighting in the bathroom was awesome and the shower was an amazing experience! I will be back!!!!

The people above me were loud between 10:00pm and 1:00am, but I managed to drown out the noise enough to get some sleep. Next time, I will be sure to report it to the front desk. Other than that, my stay was magical and so very peaceful.

The staff was very friendly and asked about our trip. The room was beautiful and looked like a little apartment which was very nice because it didn’t even feel like we were at a hotel. The stove top was nice and the room came with utensils, silverware, cups, plates, bowls, and the post and pans even strainers. There’s also a full sized fridge and plenty of cabinets. The sofa was nice and comfortable and so was the bed we slept really well. The shower was great too it was very nice.

I didn’t like how the lights would turn off on you if you’re in the bathroom too long I took a shower in the dark. The number lights on the microwave were really bright and on the dishwasher so we had to cover those. Then on of the cleaning lady’s on our last day came into our room when we left for 30 minutes when we still had our stuff in there and was taking our spices that we bought which I did not appreciate and this was before we had to check out. She heard us say we would be back and we had the do not disturb magnet on our door and she went in anyway. She was taking our stuff and then she didn’t want us to go back in the room but we went anyway and she then put our bag of stuff on the counter where I had left it for easy access so we could go when we checked out.

Location was easy to find, ample free parking. Free airport shuttle was great. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was roomy and shower was luxurious--so nice after traveling! Bed was very comfy. Staff was friendly. We really appreciated having a the bar onsite and fresh coffee available.

The bathroom smelled of sewer gas on and off which was unpleasant at times, and the bathroom door handle did not fully latch or lock. We called and requested housekeeping one day while we were away from the room and it never happened. While we appreciate the concept of eco-friendly light housekeeping, it's a service that should be available by request. The regularly scheduled time for turnovers was early on our first morning there and we didn't need it yet, plus we had arrived very late at night and there was no way we wanted to be up early just to have the bed changed. As a result, we never had housekeeping once in our three night stay. We had to keep going downstairs for fresh towels and our trash was really piling up.
