Nice, big, clean room with great access to airport. Restaurant/bar was tasty. Shuttle driver Jim was outstanding -- giving me a little education about the Denver airport, even pointing out a piece of history in front of the airport fire station.

I didn't like that the hotel still used old-fashioned, individually wrapped soap bars and miniature plastic bottles of shampoo and conditioner. That's so outdated and environmentally hostile. Every other hotel I stayed at in Colorado had pump bottles of soap and shampoo that can be refilled.

It was a very nice stay. The lobby was clean. The staff was kind. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my fresh cookie! There was even a convention going on when I went downstairs to get breakfast from the restaurant. It was comic books and all kinds of stuff, and my boyfriend and I wound up checking it out before we left the hotel.

I kind of wish some kind of breakfast was included. I get the feeling that it’s not because the hotel is attached to a restaurant, and that’s I guess how the restaurant makes money. Most of the hotels in the area though do offer free breakfast.

The room was spacious and clean. The area had many restaurants to choose from in walking distance. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The staff in the hotel was great..nice to have food and drink available late

The shuttle service...the first driver clearly hated her job ..was rude and did not help with bags or elderly passengers and still expected a tip. Also the communication about which side of the airport ...east or west ? to catch the correct shuttle was confusing and vague ...basically not informed until a different shuttle driver told multiple passengers we had to travel to the opposite side of the airport. After a long international flight with luggage it was not pleasant.

there was a party 5/29 the music can be heard on the 6th floor and there was a mess leading into the restaurant in the hall.

It was a nice stay. We dined in the restaurant the very first night of our stay and the food was o.k. The room was a decent size and the halls were kept very clear. The entire hotel as well. Staff was friendly. The trip from the Airport to the hotel was no more than 20 minutes sometimes less. Use the Hotel shuttle as it transports you to and from Denver International Airport.

Upon entering the hotel room we conducted a visual inspection of both beds and the room making sure everything was satisfactory and to our dismay it wasn't. There was hair on both beds so I contacted the front desk to let them know of the problem and immediately housekeeping came and changed the linens. The two gentlemen were sincerely apologetic.

I booked the king suite, and it feels like home. Bed was comfortable. Great T.V.s. No loud noise from neighbors. A lots of storage for your stuff. Plenty of lighting.

Pillows were too soft for me. Could have used two firm and two soft. My refrigerator stopped working, and it would turn off even after pushing the on/off button to on. Also, my air conditioner quit cooling in the night, and I had to turn the air down past my original temperature to get it to turn on. Although this is a new hotel, they still have the window/floor ac units. I would have liked central air and heating with an updated hotel.

The front desk employee, Andrew, was one of the most friendly hotel workers I've ever met. He was personal, friendly, and helpful. He addressed me by name, remembered my questions and requests, and even brought a room service menu to my door because my room didn't have one.

It was fine, it's a hotel. Nice fitness area. Good blackout shades. Bed was comfy and you swim in all the pillows they give you.

There are stupid blue lights on all the light fixtures that glow all night and negate the whole point of the blackout shades. I also had to unplug the minifridge and heater, just too noisy.
