Baymont by Wyndham Denver International Airport

The front desk person at check in was very helpful and pleasant, the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet and clean.

The shuttle to the airport didn’t have any open slots at the time we needed, so we ended up having to take a Lyft. (The shuttle reservations are made upon check in, and we didn’t check into our room until 8 pm, so, not really the hotel’s fault we weren’t able to reserve a spot.)

Clean, clean, clean.. smell of bleach was in room, and was well stocked.

Check in staff made it obvious that it was my fault and booking.Com that my name was backward and could not dibs reservation.. other than that, pleasant stay, and cleaning staff were great.

When we had a problem with the room, they moved us to a room that worked for our needs. Our second room was very nice, and we enjoyed our stay with the hotel. In a great location, easily able to get to great place to eat by walking. All of the staff was wonderful and kind.

Our first room was not that clean. The bathrooms that were for everyone to use out in the front part of the hotel was not clean and the trash cans throughout for everyone was not picked up. The breakfast was NOT, one day there was bacon, eggs, cream cheese, milk, and other items but the next day they ran out of milk, only eggs with nothing else, and only strawberry cream cheese which most everyone did not want to eat at all.

Location, helpful front desk staff, ice machine that actually worked, very comfortable bed, desk.

The green large sofa chair. It was stained and I couldn’t sit on it. It should be replaced.

Clean bed, friendly staffs. Ample parking. Many restaurant near by.

No fridge in the room. No towel bar over the sink. Not enough hooks in the bath room. No lotion.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean.

Bathroom was a bit small. Wish the bathroom had a walk-in shower versus a small bathtub. Hotels are making that change to walk-in showers.

We arrived late in the evening and rented a car and drove the very short distance to the hotel. Easy parking and check in was quick and flawless. Staff was friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area and the food could have used some attention. We were down early and there appeared to be some residue from the previous day. The food selection was very minimal and not very desirable. Even the coffee was fairly tasteless. Because it was comfortable and convenient we booked the night before our flight home

The breakfast was stale and only had sweetened foods. We tried several things and all appeared to be somewhat stale and tasteless. Felt like somebody was sacrificing quality for costs.

This is a comment on all 9 hotels we stayed in during our trip (Denver, South Dakota, Yellowstone, Capitol Reef and Las Vegas. The wastage of plastic/cardboard plates and cups and the plastic cutlery now used (after Covid?!) for breakfast is appalling - there appears to be no recycling going on at all. If you want to save the planet, pack your own plates and cutlery and take washing up liquid.

We were traveling from Iceland, and I booked the room from there. I was concerned that you did not have a shuttle service from the airport and called the motel to cancel if we could not get a shuttle. The receptionist was very nice and informed us that indeed you had none. So problem solved! All went well.

There was only one receptionist when we got there and had no idea where she went, we waited patiently with many other folks that came in the same shuttle. Our receptionist was busy helping another customer and could not be in two places at once. My suggestion would be to hire more than one person to run the front desk, at least till 11PM.

The inside pool was nice. Room was spacious and hot water was great. Shower has Dove shampoo and conditioner, which was so fantastic. There is Dove lotion by the sink also. Room has plenty of outlets to charge your devices. There are vending machines and ice machines on each floor. Sadly, all 4 vending machines were out of bottled water. The gentleman at the front desk gave me a list of restaurants within walking distance. We walked to BurgerIM ( 8 min walk), they had really good burgers, salads and fries. Service was great.

The sink is outside of the bathroom/toilet area. But I guess that’s just how the set up is. Breakfast was total disappointment.
