Courtyard by Marriott Denver Airport

I loved the lobby of the hotel, new, modern and classy. I loved that I got a room on the fifth floor with a balcony. Great to watch sunsets from. Few rooms in this hotel have balconies I found out later so I got lucky or they were nice to me. I stayed three nights, could have stayed longer. Advice: Go eat in other hotel restaurants nearby. The shower was modern and had an infinity drain. Room had a refrigerator but no microwave as other hotels in the area do. I don't like to see the end price with all other charges added to the final bill. When I book a hotel I want to be given the FINAL price. Unless they are expenses that I have incurred during my stay.

The vanity area was very small and had low lighting for makeup etc.

Stayed for one night during the week and it was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in an allergy friendly room-- the room and even the whole floor as I exited the elevator smelled fresh and clean. The room itself looked new and had decent space for a typical room and bath with two queen beds. The site when booking, however, said the room had a balcony and that is incorrect.

The location was great and very close to the airport. The deciding factor for me was they offered 24 hour shuttle service as we had to get up at 2 am to arrive to the airport 2 hours before our flight. Unfortunately we had no time to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner at the location.

There was nothing I didn't like, for my brief stay.

The breakfast was very good. The roasted chicken with salad was wonderful. The drinks were great at he bistro. The shower was clean with plenty hot water. Appearance of the hotel was sleek and clean looking and very quiet for sleeping. The bed/pillows were very comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Customer service was outstanding!

No coffee in lobby at 5 am before shuttle, and Keurig in room was not clean (the water reservoir part) so couldn’t have coffee until we got to the airport. There was either a dried blood stain (or brown streak) on the carpet in front of bathroom sink. Room 321 if they could please address. Otherwise property was great! Convenient to airport, and excellent customer service. I did make the front desk aware of the Keurig and she is going to address that. Forgot to tell her about the carpet stain.

The noise level - super quiet in the evening.

The cleanliness of the room. My shower would not drain because of the drain being covered in hair below the drain pan.

Super clean rooms, lobby, bathrooms, etc. 10 minutes from the airport and offer shuttle. Variety of restaurants to choose from within 5-15 minutes.

Can't think of anything we didn't like.

the hotel had a great staff that was always helpful and in a good mood. The hotel room was also spacious with a balcony and extremely clean.

Due to covid there were not many options as far as facilities. The pool was closed and so was the breakfast area which was not the hotel's fault. The gym was very small and didn't have much. The shower had a door that didn't quite close all the way.

Very nice decor in the room; 24 hour shuttle service to the airport; nice staff

I appreciated being able to get dinner at the hotel, but there were very limited choices.

The bar had great food and the bar staff were amazing. I loved the lounge areas with lots of seating options. The couches were very comfortable as were the lounging chairs.
