The very best part was the staff, EVERYONE of them was friendly and helpful. The location was also lovely and there were plenty of great places to eat/shop close by, Breakfast was exceptionally good on the weekend.

because there are Kitchenettes in the suites, that can make for some odors in the hallway. One day the hallway kind of smelled like a diaper but I am assuming that was a guest and by afternoon, the odor was gone.. Hotels can not control what guests cook in a room, so I am not holding that against the hotel. The cleaning staff was also receptive to us needing new towels, etc. We had requested no room service during our stay but needed to replenish towels and tp and they were immediately on that.

The location, breakfast, room and staff were all good and room was very clean.

We had to pay a flat rate of $75 for our 1 small dog instead of a deposit as we are used to or a smaller fee. Our room was likely left cleaner than any guest without a dog. I understand having to pay for extra cleaning but all dogs are not equal as far as extra work for staff. Light switches configuration with Master Switch and subsequent alternate switches which were at the side of the refrigerator was somewhat confusing. Labeling or a note specifying that master switch has to be on for all other switches to work, would have been helpful.

This place was amazing from top to bottom. The staff really make this place--everyone is friendly, helpful, and competent. Rooms are big and clean and well equipped. Of my 50 last stays in hotels this is by far and away my best. Breakfast was great, outside and inside common spaces were super...but again, the staff is amazing!

Some street noise...I think being on the north side of the hotel would be better for light sleepers...bring earplugs.

The shower in the bathroom was wonderful! The studio setup was very unique but well thought out. The bed was very comfortable. The lobby area was very nice with a very interesting outside area.

I found the electrical system very confusing when we first arrived. I have never run across this in all my travels. Also the stool in the bathroom was so low that it was somewhat difficult to use.

What a wonderful place this is when staying in Loveland, CO. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great. They have a really neat outdoor space. We didn't use the pool or exercise room, but I did peek in and they both looked good to me. And its right on the edge of the downtown area, so restaurants are within walking distance.

Hotel breakfast isn’t what it used to be. I’m guessing those were powdered eggs. Paper thin bacon, weak coffee. But it was breakfast and did the job. The room was very nice.

I didn’t like the public parking garage. The elevator was broken, that was a bother with bags. I worried about my truck overnight, but had no problems.

The breakfast bar is set so you cook what you want, thats different but im sure saves on waste. Rooms were clean, people were amazing. I enjoy that it is close to what they call a downtown. There is plenty of eatery areas close, all in walking distance. Free parking and the sitting areas are nice and they turn on fires outside at night. So nice.

The pool was cold, and so salty. No bathtub in room. I could have asked for a room with one just did not realize not all rooms have tubs. The shower was bigger but only had one door. I liked the concept, but i like warm not breezy.

Location was ideal. It was downtown, close to restaurants and several attractions. The staff was amazing - very attentive. The breakfast was delightful and the attendant made sure everything was well stocked.

The soap dispenser in the shower was empty but there was plenty of bar soap. Also, the hair dryer was missing but after notifying the front desk they immediately found a replacement.

AC was quite noisy in the room. room 308. not sure if that is the standard noise level or if mine was extra noisy for maintenance issues.

The kitchenette and the sofa in the King Studio suite made my week long stay more comfortable and convenient.

Shower space was poorly designed. It was made for looks not comfort and usability with the 50/50 glass wall and no shower door or curtain.. Glass wall too short allowing shower head water to overspray on to the bathroom floor and allows cool air to to come around open wall while you are showering so the side of your body toward the shower head was warm and the other side of your body was getting hit with cool air ... not good! Hand rail, shelving and temperature fixtures across from shower head so you have to leave the warm water and step into the cool air to change water temp, get shampoo etc or hold onto the hand rail if washing feet or whatever. Covid breakfast options were dismal.
