Loved the price and the room was exceptional. Loved having a balcony and was not expecting that at all so it was a nice and beautiful surprise. Very nice location and facility. Will definitely stay here again.
We only stayed 1 night and arrived late, so the only thing I would change is that as I would have liked to have enjoyed some of the other perks of the facility like the hot tub, pool, restaurant.

proximity to mall and lifts. also I paid for a room with a view, it my view was of the pool and other buildings. same view I have had for lower price.
room definitely shabby. No bulb in heat lamp in bathroom. made no attempt to remediate as I found the staff to have very little command of English. getting tissues and a wastebasket for the room was interesting.

I left my bag in the hotel. but there is no ppl in the hotel answer the phone. so sadly, I must ask for help from here. The staff at Wildwood and Viewline were really on top of their game. We especially want to thank Claudia at the Viewline Reception desk. She was able to get us a late checkout so we could pack our skis. She was awesome!
The resort fee is always a bummer. Wish they would just build this into the room fee.

The location is great. We walked to the lifts with ease, there are plenty of shops and restaurants within a very short walk, and the free shuttle to Aspen was very convenient as well.
The Wildwood is dated. The beds are not the most comfortable, and you can certainly hear everything that was going on in the room next to you.

We were upgraded to the Viewline resort. The hotel was very clean, staff were amazing, and the amenities were wonderful.
