The location is great for being in walkable distance to the adventure park and the hot springs .

I liked the property , the rooms on the south side face the very close by I-70 highway and you can hear the 18 wheeler trucks roaring buy. That will never change . So I would recommend asking for rooms facing north side towards the adventure park / Tequilas (excellent food) restaurant next door. The staff accommodated my requests as I had called earlier in the day for my later arrival and they did a GREAT Job of getting our rooms away from the highway side . So I don’t really have a complaint , but it could have been not pleasant if I had to hear trucks at night while trying to rest . Therefore I slept great in a quite room and would stay there again if I can get the quieter side of the hotel. (Hope that made sense)

The hotel is in a great location close to attractions and downtown. The bed was okay, (better if you are a back sleeper and not a side sleeper like my husband and I). We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel as there were so many restaurants around we wanted to try, but it smelled and looked delicious.

Like a lot of people have said the walls were so thin and you could hear everything. We were there during the week and people were pretty quiet after 10 pm. I would imagine it would be much worse if you were there on the weekend. The room was not the cleanest room I've stayed in, but it also wasn't gross.

We chose this place at the last minute as we were tired of driving, it was quite nice and staff was really helpful with messed up booking.

I made booking during the ride, probably around 8PM, at 10PM for some reason booking got cancelled by itself (I haven't noticed as I was not checking my emails). So when we arrived, we surprisingly realized that we do not have booked room. Guy at the front desk sorted this out, but it was bit awkward to wait whether deposit will come back as it got cancelled etc.. Anyway hotel was nice and this was most likely booking.com fault, which is btw very poor platform.

All the staff I interacted with were nice, helpful and informative. The room was clean and the bed was like a gigantic marshmallow and I slept fantastic. I believe it was the hotel manager who checked me in and she was very kind as to give me a room near the exit so I could get in and out with my dog. (They have a dog area in the back of the hotel) Didn’t get a chance to get breakfast there but I did pick up some cute things from their little gift shop. They had quite a few decent channels and door dash works in the area.

The dog area is small, just a patch of grass BUT it was better than having to drive and find a park.

Breakfast was great! Eggs, potatoes, sausage, chili, biscuits n gravy, waffles, french toast, hot, cold cereals, juice, bagels, the works! Also the room was clean and hotel is updated and pleasant. Walking distance to hot springs and just over the bridge to shopping area with small boutiques and restaurants. The hot tub is small but clean and hot!

The girl who checked us in (Genisis) was not good at communicating and very uninvolved in the procedure, not telling us what the wait was and unconcerned. They do not clean your room unless you request it and she didn't bother to tell us that and I was disappointed to return from a fun day to a dirty room with no towels or toiletries and unmade beds! Also, It would be nice to have shuttle service to/from the train station. We couldn't get a taxi, uber or lift to the train when leaving. I asked the front desk people, the maintenance men, a guest checking out if they'd take us for $20 (about 4 blocks away) and finally one of the hotel supervisors (Sarah) had pity on us and took us to train. The rest of the staff were nice too. Only the initial check in person was unpleasant.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Gave us a first-floor room as requested due to pets accompanying us. The ladies were attentive, kind, informative, and fast. Breakfast was nice also. The food was hot and with a Hispanic kick to it. Love it. The room was clean and just as described.

Parking was packed, and we had to park where we could. Also, we didn't like the Hispanic teens in the back smoking weed. I get it. In Colorado, it is allowed and legal. I think the problem was the under age kids doing so. Not more than two small grassy areas for pets.

This property exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect for us, being only five minutes from glenwood springs. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean, so was the bathroom, very modern and well stocked. For breakfast we had plenty of choices,above our expectations again, much better than many hotels. They accommodated all my family, some even on short notice, for a great price. We ended up extending our stay a few times because we liked it so much, and we got such a good price.

My husband liked the bed, but I found it a bit uncomfortable, although they were able fixed the problem for me. Thank you for such an amazing stay!!

Everything was great!

I had booked my room first and a few days later my friend booked a room because they wanted stay where we were. When I booked it was originally 124.00 then I changed it to the following weekend and the price jumped up to 157.00. Then when my friend booked your prices jumped to 288.00. When I called the hotel to discuss this, they said prices are now 325.00. That is ridiculous for the same room, it was non refundable. In the future we will more than likely book somewhere else as I feel this company is very greedy.

Great staff all around and best breakfast bar ever. Very clean. Walking distance to downtown and near the hot springs swim park. Would rate it pretty safe as we forgot to roll up a vehicle window and hours later nothing was missing. Worth the price.

Tv remote a bit tricky but they have directions and maintenance whipped it into reset like a pro. They also had 2 pallets of new TVs delivered while there so this may not be a problem in future Highly recommend

Breakfast was great! Lots of choices, great coffee, you could have something different every day. Hot food was especially good and waffles with many topping choices. Pastries were good, too. Enjoyed that there were really plates and silverware to use not paper and plastic. The room was well decorated and loved the nature photographs verses other art. The beds were very comfortable. And we enjoyed using the pool and hot tub.

Coffee was cold in the lobby when we arrived. Enjoyed the pool but kids were there without adults and young adults were there with alcohol hanging out at the pool and patio. Could use some cameras or supervision.
