The room was very clean. We love the location in relation to the Village. It was nice the Cabriolet was running.

The room did not have the usual amenities list with the channel listings, local restaurants, fan in the closet, etc., There needs to be instructions for the coffee maker--only pour in as much water as the cup will hold. Over-flowed when we tried to use it. It is nice that they are trying to make use of the restaurant/bar space again, but the prices were out of line. Hopefully they can find a group to run it properly.

The location was nice, close to the village where shops and restaurants are located. There's a cabriolet that takes you straight to the village and its a very fun ride! Pets are welcome, and the fee is very affordable compared to other places - $35 plus $15 for any additional pet for the duration of the stay.

Out of the way of the main part of Winter Park, but not a very long drive Pool closes at 9pm which is way too early in my opinion as long as you are able to keep quiet.

Located directly adjacent to the ski village, this hotel requires a short walk through the village to get to the gondola lift. The staff was very attentive and helpful with our questions. Beds were comfortable. Our room had only a fridge and microwave because that is what we booked. Other rooms have greater floor space and bigger kitchens. We booked at the last minute, and thankfully there was a room available. The room was about the least I have paid for a room this close to a ski hill. I had checked a week before and there were no matches for me at that time. This place seems to do a good business. The hotel is connected to the local shuttle routes, so you might get along without a car if you ride the train to the resort. There is a definite international flair here, which was fun to see. Also, pets allowed! So you might get to play with some furry friends if you ask nicely (or bring your own).

The dining and bar on the ground floor is not operating at this time. It had been a great place to get a bite in the past. I hope it gets reestablished soon!

1. good activities: gondola, slide … 2. hot tub & swimming pool 3. starbucks & small bars … 4. quite close to visit Rocky mountain national park 5. aveda amenity

1. too many dust(?)/ I was suffering from the allergies for all two nights 2. hard to open the window (wheel type window) 3. cold/ dry: the heating system is not that good. I went there 1-2nd week of September, but it was still cold & the heating system works with two hours timer. so, I had to turn it on again & again. Also, very dry

Great location and large room. Soft beds and very clean. Large box fan and all needed kitchen utensils. We loved the pet package they gave us for our dog! It included cover sheets for the beds, a big doggy bone treat and toy/ball . The hotel was very accommodating and attentive!

The hotel itself is a little older so some hallways and decor needing some TLC and updates. The 10 am checkout feels rushed when on vacation. We would have preferred an 11 am checkout time.

It was perfect for my son and I. The beds where comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of supplies. We were able to cook in every night. No complaints😀.

They only negative was all the covid restrictions. I'm glad it was open. I would suggest they open the pool and hot tub. They could do it by time slot. I bet people would really appreciate that.

Room was cozy and quiet. Overall functional. Clean locker rooms!

Upgraded kitchen and bathroom. For the prices a little better quality is expected. The pool should be warmer outside and the area where towels are located should be cleaner and easier for the staff to get the used towels out.

The room, given that the hotel caters to pet owners were awesomely clean. No built up fur even around the baseboards and in the bathroom. No sticky 'wet dog' smell anywhere. Given the number of dogs that must come and go out of that place they have found a formula that works. We had a kitchenette and it had everything we'd need; coffee maker, toaster, wine glasses, enough silverware for the number of people who could stay in that room. Everything worked except the humidifier but I'm not takin' off any points for that silly thing. Staff was SO nice. You may arrive there and look at the outside of the building (it needs some love) but don't let that fool you. The place isn't the Ritz, but then it's not meant to be. It's humble and awesome! The Cabriolet jets you over to the ski area - the walk to the lifts is tough in ski boots - might want to wear your street boots to walk over and camp them in one of the small lockers by the restrooms at the Derailer. That would be my only thing - LONG walk to lifts. Still, all doable.

I had a tough time figuring out where things were. Never went to the hot tub b/c I couldn't really see myself walking to where ever (cuz it wasn't obvious) in my suit and towel to get to it. There's no lobby really but they do have a TV Room you can wait in. The bar was closed due to COVID :-( also missed having a restaurant on site.

The staff was very nice and very helpful. The room was clean. The ski lockers are convenient and very nice that they are provided.

I was disappointed that the restaurant at Vintage Hotel wasn't open and the gondola stopped running at 5:30. If it was one or the other I would have been ok, but to have both was frustrating. I also was disappointed I only had a small fridge instead of a bigger one.

I love the loft rooms. I also love that they allow dogs although didn’t bring Zoey this trip. The staff was so helpful (except for the guy when I checked in). I had booked 2 nights in a regular room for Thursday and Friday and they were sold out for Sat and Sunday. However they did find me a place for Saturday night which is fantastic. The storm is supposed to dump 2-4 feet between Sat through Sunday. Hopefully they will find a room for me for Sunday night and I can drive safely home on Monday.

The property needs updating but everything else is great.
