Century Casino & Hotel - Central City

We went there for valentine's day and we had rose petals on our bed and a little bottle if wine in our room as a surprise. The staff is amazing when I was cold they went out of their way to change the temp in our room and find me a few extra blankets oh and some of them even remembered our drinks from the last time we were there. The restaurant down stairs is always clean and has some yummy special to eat but my fav is the prime rib dip! Everyone needs to try it. Will always stay here when we come up.

There is an elevator that is concerning, I thought we were gonna get stuck in it a few times but never did so all is well.

The casino was nice. The room was very nice.

No coffee. Terrible view. No room service. I didn't like the Gratuity envelope....for what, we didn't interact with anyone. Having the room clean and prepared for guests is expected...this doesn't warrant a Tip.

Nice room . Easy access to the Bar and Grill. The Dealers on the 21 Blackjack tables were very helpful for a beginner to understand the game hence allowing me to win Millions of dollars. 😂. I would stay at Central City Hotel and Casino again if ever in that area again

All the early outside Construction noise , sure won't allow anyone to sleep in late.

The room was spacious and clean. Being that the hotel has been around for a long time the inside was dated but it was clean. The layout with the garage, casino, check-in, and hotel was a little hard weird but there were plenty of signs and helpful staff. Due to its location on the main strip of Central City, it was perfect for us.

The wallpaper in the room was peeling in some areas, and others were very yellow.

To start off the building is in the middle of beautiful scenery and sites, full of historical landmarks of the city itself, the houses are beautiful, a lot to see and hike around this amazing city. Once getting to the hotel we were greeted at the door and got helped out to where we needed to go, once we got our keys and went upstairs, The Rooms looked so homy! Great lighting all around, clean everything, the set up is comforting and it has a pull out tv, bed is very comfortable and the tub is a good size to relax in. A/C and heater work great, Room has all the amenities you need. Once we headed downstairs we were welcomed to the bar which has great drinks! Love the Bloody Marys there! Casino play was fun! Had all the games and slots you need to have a good time. Another great addition to the Hotel and casino is the deli tavern downstairs! Exceptional food and Great service from the staff! Open really late is a plus, when you get some drinks in and visit the local medicinal shop this is the perfect stop! Overall amazing place to stay out here! 5 star from me! Definitely visiting again soon! Thank you!

we are mobility limited and requested a walk-in shower. We got that room, and it was probably not more than 100 ft. from where we parked in the garage on level 4 to the elevator to the room. We were allowed to check in early because our room had not been occupied the previous night. Lost at blackjack, but broke even on electronic roulette, won a little on electronic craps, and won a nice amount on a 25 cent slot. restaurant was ok, got a complimentary virgin bloody Mary the next morning. Not much going on in central city, but Blackhawk is so expensive for rooms and meals and not as laid back as central city. (which we like)

I was like totally satisfied and will be going back when we go to the Olathe Colorado corn festival on August 7th

Good, clean, well appointed room @ 8600 ft. elevation. Perfect if you like to gamble because hotel is inside the Century Casino. Rooms are quiet, though. Winter Park, Nederland And Estes Park within easy driving distance.

Well, we do not gamble and there is little else to do in Central City. The restaurant scene is nillo. You can find decent places to eat a mile down the canyon in Black Hawk.

The hotel was awesome at reaching out before my stay to accommodate any requests. They provided a special treat for us to celebrate our birthdays and everyone was super friendly. The casino was small, clean and cozy with fun dealers. The room was very quiet, clean and had blackout curtains, perfect for a low-key relaxing weekend. We ate a Millie's in town for a great breakfast. This town shuts down around sun down except for casinos and everything opens 8-9am. This is a great location and we drove up the Peak to Peak hwy for great views all the way to Boulder and then down to Idaho Springs.

The room furniture was a little dated, but clean.

I liked that the staff was extremely helpful. We arrived late & had no idea normally kids weren't able to stay (being a casino in the building, we missed that part when booking) however, they accommodated us anyway & just let us know some guidelines while staying. Was so thankful they honored our reservation, as we had just drove 10 hours & were very tired! They made us feel very welcomed. The location is in a very cute lil town with a few shops & Restaurants hidden away in an old mining town. Felt safe & secure. And just about 15 miles or so from our rafting trip in Idaho springs. Which also has a very cute area with shops & restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Rooms were very spacious & comfortable!

When we where there the shower didn't seem to get "hot" just lukewarm. But seemed as though it was being handled. Things happen like this just like In your own home. It didn't affect our stay much.

It was my daughter's Birthday and she felt so special when we arrived. She was very surprised about the little wine drinks, pretzels and cookies. On top of a handwritten "Happy Birthday". The room was fantastic. Loved the size and cleaniness of the room

I did NOT like that my 2 favorite gambling machines were gone. All the other machines didn't really "jump" at me. That was somewhat disapointing to me.
