The hotel itself was great. It was clean and the staff was very nice. There was no noise from Highway 70. Breakfast was typical cheap hotel breakfast. Packaged Egg burritos, packaged hard boiled eggs. Not tasty, but there were a few choices of things to eat like cereal and bagels instead of those. They could improve the protein selections.

I was disappointed because I payed for an upgraded room with a "view" of Georgetown Lake, but right outside the windows of the hotel there is a brewpub/restaurant, so the view was of the parking area/ back of the brewpub with dumpsters, etc.. The lake was barely visible way off to the side of the building. I wouldn't have paid for the upgrade of the view if I had known. This was a short one-night stay so not a deal breaker, but I felt duped for paying extra for a room with a "view." Probably would pick a different hotel next time.

Location, cleanliness and staff are absolutely impeccable. Heaven for hikers- town has finished trail around lake!

Owners with pets are not allowed on higher floors with views. Me and husband, seniors with service dog booked room with lake view and with my claustrophobia we've got room with window totally blocked with contractor track with exhaust pipe inches from our AC. Appeared that hotel's owners allowed park cars blocking windows. Staff did everything and beyond give us another room with view on brewery wall and beer barrels. Would be nice have a coffeemaker in the room.

We thought for the cost of our stay the breakfast was definitely adequate. Loved their automatic pancake maker:-)

One problem we had was with the amount of conveniently located receptacles in the rooms. There were none on the desk area under the TV and only 2 places to plug in on bedside table between the two queen size beds. I understand the facility is a green location but not having convenient receptacles and knowing which ones will stay on all the time was problematic since they cycle on and off. My husband uses a CPAP machine to sleep and it kept turning off continually through the night. This is a real safety hazard for guests who need this kind of prescribed medical support. Our only other suggestion are down like pillows. All of the ones in our room were very thick and non-conforming which was really hard on my arthritic neck for sleeping.

Finding this hidden jewel was interesting as we left our event in Winterpark. We were so pleasantly surprised to discover the treasure waiting inside. The room was clean and the check in/out process was quick and easy. What exceeded the tangible amenities such as a free breakfast with hot coffee beginning at 6am, was the receptionist "Lisa". She welcomed us and immediately made us feel happy to be there. We plan on making this stay part of our annual trek to the festival.

As seniors, we had hoped to check in around noon instead of the 3pm hotel scheduled check in time. It's very busy at this mountain resort in July and we realize the remedy will need to be arriving one day earlier to accommodate the distance from our event and the hotel accommodation.

Everyone was so friendly, made you feel so comfortable. The bed was just right. The view of the lake was lovely from the room. Loved the shower size and plenty of towels, they even had shampoo/Conditioner and body wash. Not the travel size. Breakfast, they had pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, pastry, hardboiled eggs and pre-packaged breakfast burritos.

The only downfall was the shower pressure wasn't that great.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The amenities were functional and modern. The breakfast selection was pretty good. Very convenient location (in relation to nearby skiing resorts). Georgetown has some great restaurant options as well. The brewery right next door was really great as well. The hotel staff was helpful and attentive.

This hotel had the most powerful static electricity I have ever experienced. Walking across the carpet on the third floor from the elevator to the room resulted in a considerable shock from the door handle. Lol no big deal, but definitely surprising.

Too many dogs in facility. One person’s dog barked at me at 6am while I was enjoying my coffee. That was unsettling. Having animals in rooms is highly unsanitary for the next guest. Animals carry microscopic bacteria that can be deadly to especially small children-unbeknownst to the parents. As a nurse, I’ve seen this first hand. Consider keeping people with animals in designated rooms daily so those infections are not spread to others.

Everything was clean including the pool and hot tub. I love the little window bench sofa.

There is nowhere to change after using the pool and I don't want to walk to the second floor in my wet swimsuit so I used the lobby toilet (and I wasn't the only one). It's a little out of town but it's on the lake and there's a brewery with a bar & serving food immediately behind the hotel. The next nearest bar / food is about 20mins walk.

The staff was stellar. My expectations were limited because everything was more than limited. Donna, Shay and Sam were welcoming and helpful. They responded to my every question and need. The heating unit was not cooperating, and problem solving and attentive employees were available. Mallory, Microhotel owner, was hands-on. She was able took the unit apart, and she brought the nit up and fully operational. AMAZING! KUDDOS to her! The women got it done! The breakfasts were continental. There were no full meals. I may have missed this in the information provided, but I think it would be helpful to future customers. Overall. I plan to return! Great place. I felt safe and taken care of. Everything was wonderful! There was nothing I did not like.

The location is spectacular! You can’t beat the views & there’s a little lake just outside the back door. The staff is super friendly and the rooms smell like cookies!

The pool was open later than I thought it would be & woke us up more than once. The restaurants in the area all close at 8 but Mother’s Saloon is a saving grace! They have amazing burgers and are open til midnight! (it is a bar so no kiddos but takeout is a breeze).
