Winter Park Mountain Lodge

The location near the town center of Winter Park suited my needs (this was fall, not ski season, a time when the hotel's proximity to the ski area would be quite useful). The room was comfortable and adequate. Not much of a view from my northside window. Breakfast might have been good, but there was a problem with delivery of enough food, so I was not served; however, the hotel more than adequately made up for this - I appreciated their making things more than right. I mainly came to enjoy a drive on some of the backroads in the area so I could see the beautiful aspen in their fall colors, and I'll attach a photo from my drive.

the staff was amazing, costumer service was 10/10. location was also perfect for my specific travel (we were skiing) because it is across the street from base of winter park. the bartenders were also 15/10 great quality people and drinks!!

it was super outdated and the rooms specifically didn’t seem clean… there was a few gross stains on the comforter

Thank you very much for using compostable material. Cups etc. were not styrophome but eco friendly products. I mostly appreciated this. The staff was hard working and friendly. The location was excellent. We skid in Mary Jane and it was great.

I think that it was as good as could be expected for the price and location.

i asked the front desk staff about the best places to park at the ski hill and he responded like he didn’t know there was a ski hill. seemed weird to not know or have an opinion on something like that. pillows were a bit lacking.

Very nice appearance from the outside.

The rooms appear to be a little dated.Two other ski locations we stayed at previously in the past month offered a humidifier in the room this location did not. Front desk people were not overly forward with information. When we booked the room it said it came with breakfast. Had to go to the front desk and Ask where the location was. He said nobody was there so I locked it. He said he would unlock it for me and in reality he had to set everything up. Nothing to drink no juice or water. The next day they said there was no breakfast.

Just like the pictures represented. Lots of space. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean and quiet. Front desk personnel were there late and were very helpful. Breakfast options were kept at a good temperature and you could bring the food to your room.

Very difficult to find a parking space after dark. Cleaning crew were a little noisy in the back when dumping trash. A little dated, but really nothing to complain about if it is clean, in my opinion!

This part of winter park the quintessential 1980s ski Trip. Good facilities, Incredibly friendly and down to earth mountain staff.

The chlorine levels in the pool and hot tubs were dangerously high. The free breakfast was the worst breakfast I've ever had at any hotel, motel or hostel. Obscenely bad breakfast.

1. The View from our room was Exceptional ! 2. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was Exceptional 3. The overall experience, having Free Shuttle LIFT, both to the Winter Park Resort and to downtown Winter park was Terrific

1. Neither the onsite restaurant nor the breakfast had much of any Vegetarian Food selections. 2. No access to Swimming Pool or Hot Tub ( this was understandable due to Covid and NOT due to the Resort Hotel itself

Our stay was great! The price for the room was way better than we expected, and the staff was so patient with us when we had to keep adjusting the check-in time due to unforeseen circumstances. The sights were incredible too.

The only downsides were that the door to our room wouldn't close, and that (completely by chance) the pool was out for renovation, which was kind of the whole reason we wanted this Lodge. Not worth docking serious points though.

We were upgraded to a suite with an adjoining room. The staff was awesome and very friendly . The hotel is a bit outdated but still very nice,
