I loved that they had a pool and exercise room to give patrons things to do with inside the hotel. I also like that they provide a full breakfast not just cereal and toast. The staff was very accommodating when I needed extra towels.

Nice and quiet so you can get enough rest. I like that I felt at home with the atmosphere. I also loved the entryway to the hotel and the seating arrangements that they provide for patrons if they want to get out of the room for a little bit and go and say the cafeteria area or the lounge this is a nice asset that they have. I love that they have rooms so you can bring kids with you and I also love the Keurig machine the microwave it was like a little house in one room very very accommodating.

Room was very clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was very, very good -- the sausage was especially tastey. Really enjoyed them.

I was surprised that no one visited my room in the morning. While I noted that no need to make my bed I did ask, via a note on the bed with a tip, that they leave extra big towels. No towels and the tip was still there. I really believe in tipping the hotel cleaning associates and felt bad that they did not receive the money. I would have and did leave the same amount when I checked-out

Pool was very cold and had food (M&M's and such) in it, one of the box springs had a big stain on the side of it (didn't notice til towards the end of the trip), no freezer part in the fridge to keep ice pack frozen

The staff here is unbelievably accommodating! they are so kind and willing to help, I won’t put my family up in any other hotel! the property is clean, the rooms were so comfortable, definitely made the holidays not feel like I was keep my family in any old hotel room. They were very happy and looking forward to coming back again!

traffic in the morning but we aren’t used to that anymore since we live in the country, pool could of been a little warmer but not a deal breaker. we still went swimming. it was fine. They actually left the pool open all night. so that was a plus. Breakfast was pretty good. i think they should have the option of low fat milk also or Almond milk.

I loved that the pool was open with only one family at a time. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean with modern look, fridge, microwave & coffee maker. The workout room was open 24 hours. This hotel was very quiet which was a plus. The area is a great location!

The pool area was dirty and needed cleaning. The breakfast in a bag could have been better. It included only a small fruit cup, bar and muffin.

we had a couple issues but the manager took care of it right away. We stay there several times a year since we have family in the area. We were very happy that the staff addressed our issues with no problems. We will be back.

Cleanliness easy parking

The pool wasn't heated. We came because you had a pool. We were disappointed. The shower head sucks also. If you turned it soft it sprayed everywhere if you turned it pulsing it was too hard, the floor got all wet.]

The breakfast was amazing and the beds were very comfortable.

The bathrooms were not ventilated well, we could not find a switch for a fan. When you showered everything became moist from the condensation. That would be my only complaint, but it wasn't terrible if you showered with the bathroom door open.

The room was clean, water pressure perfect (high velocity), instant hot water (no wait), trash set outside the door was removed promptly, breakfast was simple but fresh and plentiful.

There was a paper towel in the third floor elevator door track for two days. I finally picked it up.
