Courtyard by Marriott Bradenton Sarasota/Riverfront

It was located by the riverwalk and about 15 minutes from our friends' house. We loved the small sitting area as you entered the room. I don't always sleep through the night so I was able to go to this area and read without waking my husband.

We arrived during the time the hotel cafe was closed between serving times. However, there was a wonderful restaurant right across the street. We had a hard time finding the hotel at night. We could see the sign on the top of the building but the entrance sign to the hotel did not have the its name or logo on it. The road was curvey, the area was congested with homes, medical centers & the number of parking lots. The way the hotel was situated on the property and the above factors made it difficult to find at night. I would suggest redesigning the parking lot entrance signs to included its name.

We were there during a hurricane! The staff and hotel were fabulous. They put out an evening buffet for us plus the breakfast buffet with no charge to us! Everyone was so pleasant even during the hurricane when so many people were so stressed to go home to see what they would find after the hurricane. We can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond! A BIG THANKYOU to Courtyard Marriot! We will definetly be back!!!

Excellent staff, ver accommodating and polite. The room had a spectacular view of the river walk, except it’s time to trim the palms. Hides most of the view.

What breakfast? I think the Covid situation has altered your normal offerings. The Hilton I stayed at in VA offered a free breakfast. I was told your continental breakfast was $ 10. Hardly a value. Your carpeting is really old, stained and worn, but it is exceptionally clean. I also had some Marriot Rewards cards I’d hoped to use and your system couldn’t ‘swipe’ the. Said ‘legacy’ and to call an 800 #. I didn’t have time at checkout.

The place was right in front of Manatee River which was awesome. Claire, the person that checked me in, made sure I was comfortable and the that the room met my expectations. I can't complain, the staff at this hotel, have great customer service skills. I was very pleased and impressed.

My Grandson and I evacuated here during Hurricane Ian. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. They put out A breakfast and dinner buffet ( complimentary) which was totally unexpected. They couldn't have possibly done a better job making sure everyone felt safe.

Not one thing that I can complain about.

The shower didn’t work properly you had more water coming out of the downspout than the shower head and the air conditioner was loud and took a while to cool down the room.

The breakfast was very good. I think it could have been a little more reasonable with the price.

I feel like the breakfast should have been complimentary due to the price of the stay.

Quality as you expect from Marriott. Facilities clean and modern. Room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff was nice and helpful. Excellent restaurant within short walking distance and a really nice river walk backs up to the hotel property with great views. Hotel is easy to get to, just off a controlled exit but no traffic noise.

My Booking.com reservation had me on a free breakfast rate and the hotel still charged me $31.06 for breakfast for two. Booking.com is no help in making this right and Marriott won't do anything about it, they say go to Booking.com. I feel like I got cheated by both parties.

distance from restaurants-“Bistro” limited hours and options; refrigerator froze food; “balcony” is misleading because of size and needs repair.

Breakfast was exceptional got to pick from the menu and it was cooked perfectly. staff was friendly and helpful did not complain when other guest made messes, were willing to just pitch in and help. I will be back OH and parking was free.
