MainStay Suites Orlando Altamonte Springs

Our bed/pillows were extremely comfortable! We had great space and the AC was wonderful. Great location in terms of getting to the airport early the next morning. We would definitely do an overnight stay again.

The smell was odd, and the elevator was a bit sketch. They are doing renovations and had posted about it but I felt the entire facility could benefit from being aired out and maybe enforcing the no smoking (more weed smell than anything else).

Property was easy to locate not too far off I-4. Staff was friendly. Clean rooms. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Overall for the price the stay was ok and to keep costs down I would definitely stay again.

They have a lot of long term stay people that hang in the parking lot at night makes it feel unsafe. The people were sometimes loud in the parking lot late in the evening or early morning. Now that marijuana is legal I guess they don’t mind people smoking it in their rooms the upstairs hallway smelled of marijuana the whole stay. In the motels defense I did not report it. We had two rooms one smelled like kitchen grease the whole time we were there and we had to get new sheets there were stains on them. However the bathrooms and kitchenette were clean.

The location was great, rooms are updated, beds are really comfortable, staff is friendly.

This place would be perfect if 95% of its occupants didn’t live there permanently & stare you down as if you just violated their home….they leave their trash everywhere & are expected to clean up after themselves which leaves the hotel being a mess cause that’s to much for people to clean up after themselves…

Great location for where we needed to be, close to everything from shopping to eating to some small attractions, daytime staff very nice and friendly but overnight front desk guy was not so much...

Only 1 elevator which you have to walk down the hall to get to; should be closer to where you check-in at... Room was great except the carpets need to be shampooed at least once a month due to the amount of traffic in and out all the time. The location was great for where we needed to be but our room faced the major interstate and we heard all traffic all night long. Maybe other side of hotel might be better with noise level.

My bed was super comfy, and loved the late check out. Overall it was good

My first room had no ac, it was late and nobody answered at front desk. So had to take everything back downstairs and get assigned another room. Lol it was easy, just inconvenient at 1130pm.

When I travel for work through the Orlando area, I always stay at this location. Close to shopping. Relatively quiet. Price tends to be fair for the area and kitchen amenities. Love that it have a full-size dishwasher. It recently had a name change. Used to be Hawthorne.

My only gripe was that only two out of 6 dryers were working.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If you needed any supplies they gave them to you. Location.. Comfortable beds.

The cleaning was fair not great. Breakfast no hot food small bagged breakfast.

Nice place but not clean. After we got new linens it was better but never vacuumed n cleaned as it could be. They are remodeling soon. Looks like they got sloppy.

Just lack of cleanliness. Nice suite. Layout n shower. Great location. Ready for an updating...

Very friendly staff, walls nice and thick so very little noise from neighbors. Kitchenette great, included dish soap and dishwasher! I've stay at other extended stay hotel, this by far was the best.

Bed was a little worn. Not bad but meh....not great.

Staff was amazing especially Lea!! They went above and beyond to accommodate us

Nothing there issue I had was with the company I used to book the reservation. It was suppose to be a suite. Mainstays quickly fixed the issue.
