The room was clean and neat.
The breakfast selection was minimum. There was no outside view not even to the parking lot from the room. The view from my room window was a wall. There was a constant loud sound in the hallway.

Location was amazing. Plenty of restaurants, gas stations and little outlet malls to explore. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable.
Elevator could have worked properly. A family of 4 ended up trapped inside for about 20 to 25 min. Morning breakfast was a bottle of juice, a muffin and a piece of fruit in a bag.

The staff was sweet, I had a issue with the room first night and they immediately switched me to another room no questions asked, I needed a late checkout but didn’t use it and they allowed me instantly, fresh coffee and the pool was huge clean and heated.
They are renovating wish I could have gotten a new room they look great.

Loved all the pastries at breakfast. Staff was super nice and made sure we had everything we wanted before breaking down the breakfast area.
I wished there were more breakfast items that aren't filled with so much sugar.

Because of covid-19 breakfast was in a bag but it was understandable and agreeable the staff and cleaning personnel did an excellent job very personable I will stay there every time I'm in Altamonte Springs Florida my son lives right around the corner Jamestown Boulevard

Gina was incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We will definitely return because of the genuine customer service. The bagged breakfast was very thoughtful and had included water, fruit and a breakfast bar along with a pastry. Thank you, Gina!
