SpringHill Suites Orlando Altamonte Springs/Maitland

I like that it is very clean, quiet and comfortable. After hours the front doors close and they won’t just let anyone in. only people with a room can swipe the card and the main doors would open for you.

There is a few things I didn’t like about the property…. 1 - Breakfast is horrible, they don’t make fresh egg and bacon or sausage it is just cold/microwaved Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwiches, waffles, cereal and oatmeal 2 - It is like 20-30 Minutes away from Orlando itself. The location is more like on the skirts. 3 - One night when we got to the room from an outdoor Disney park we asked the overnight receptionist if we could have towels to shower and she told us to bring her the dirty towels so she could wash them and give them back to us. So we couldn’t shower after being all day in the sun sweating because this lady wanted to wash out towels! We were very mad!

staff was kind and helpful. breakfast was VERY GOOD, one of the better “free hotel breakfast” and the entire place was comfortable and clean and we felt very safe. the location was awesome! it was definitely better than we expected and a very reasonable price. we will be staying here again when we visit next time.

the washer and dryer made our clothes smell like wet dog.

this property is very clean as soon as u walk through the doors u can smell how clean it is. Staff is very friendly and helpful. definitely will be telling other people to come here for sure.

Needs more doors in the room. There should be one in the mirror area of the bathroom and there should be one separating the bed area from the sofa area. I also don't like that my reservation was changed to 2 full beds instead of the king I requested.

The breakfast was average but the overall experience was great.

The breakfast could have been better and included a few vegetarian/vegan options.

EXCELLENT! Facility is well-kept and the staff is helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is a great mix of items and kept well stocked the entire morning. Rooms are spacious and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will be booking all future stays here.

Staff checked us in quite easily. Rooms were connected like requested. Each room had 2 queen beds plus sofa bed. Pool was indoor and warm. We celebrated our late Christmas there and stayed up until 5am just celebrating and enjoying each other's company. We partied. We had a blast. We felt safe and very comfortable. Beds are soft and relaxing.

Breakfast was included but wasnt enough for us. They ran out of JimmyDean breakfast sandwiches so basically breakfast was just granola bars and muffins. Location was farther than I expected but conveniently located around multiple food, restaurants, and shopping. Good 45 minutes away from Disney Springs. Good 20 minutes away Volcano Bay. Besides that, Staff was awesome and respectful. Rooms were connected and side by side. Clean and well prepped. Asked for extra linens and received a whole 8 extra for kids. Pool was out of service 1st night but then opened 2nd night and was warmed. Overall, we were happy and enjoyed ourselves.

The breakfast was varied, the location is excellent, there are many restaurant options nearby.

It could have been better if the room was a little more spacious and had a bigger closet.

Had to leave a day early because of flight cancellations. And was told by company couldn’t refund night that was left !

It is a nice place to stay... much better than all the other places around. A good option. Comfortable, clean, convenient

Breakfast on weekends can be until 9:30 or 10.
