Aloft Delray Beach

The decor in the room and the lobby was really nice and modern. I loved the Bluetooth Marshal speaker in the room and the fact there was a table and booth in the room to dine in. My room was my favorite cause it was literally right across the rooftop pool. So very easy access.

I love the bathroom style, only thing I wish they could fix is like a water stopper underthe shower doors. The way the shower head is pointing gets a lot out side the shower and goes right under the shower door making a whole mess of water on the bathroom floor. I tried changing the shower head direction but it was too high up for me to reach and turn it. Had to go thru a bunch of towels to dry up the floors, they would be soaked.

I was very happy with the location. The hotel, staff and amenities were spot on. I like the activity area ( pool table and game table area ) very clever and much appreciated.

My only ( con ) or area of concern was our room. While laying in bed I wondered why the ceiling was not finished. Looking at the bare concrete with cracks running through it was a bit disturbing. Hopefully there is plans to finish this off. My room was #309 just for your info.

The location was perfect. One block south of Atlantic and a short walk over the intercoastal to the beach. Complimentary coffee.

The ice machine on third floor was broken, not a big deal to get ice on two. One elevator was down.

Had breakfast and lunch one day. Food was excellent and price was reasonable. I love beds/linens/pillows at Aloft. Smells fresh and super comfortable. Staff is super friendly and go out of the way to help with everything. Had drinks at bar which were also reasonably priced even after Happy Hour. Pool area was really nice, enjoyed the pool bar.

Parikng was terrible. Spots were very narrow and very difficult to get into spots next to cement columns.

It was a beautiful location, within walking distance to the beach as well as downtown Delray Beach. The staff was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately the pool bar was not open during the week and closed by 5pm on the weekend. The maids stopped by daily to clean the room, which is not a given in many hotels since the pandemic.

There was not good attention to mask wearing. the bartenders wore their masks as a chin strap and the woman who worked the front desk during the day never wore a mask. I would have liked to be able to eat and drink at the pool bar in the sunshine and early into the evening before sunset.

I enjoyed how everything we wanted to do was at a walking distance and even if we Ubered, the cost was still low. Never had to use my car even though we were just staying for 5 nights.

The room smelled funny and the AC would be blowing cold ac then for a bit it would just stop and the room got very hot and women HATE being in a hot room , the weird unpleasant smell would worsen when the ac turned off for a bit. Overall, property was a great stay

Great city view, clean facility and very nice room. Loved the W XYZ bar and the pool table. Great neighborhood feel with excellent night life!

I didn’t like the fact that I was forced to look at my room neighbors standing on their balconies in their bathing suits. Get rid of the see through partitions on the King Suite balcony rooms. Someone coming out and looking at you while your trying to sip some wine and relax with your mate is really off putting.

Location, proximity to beach.

I booked online, thought I was getting a different room set up; beds were comfy. Room was clean. Initially we didn’t have iron/ironing board; once requested it was brought to room. Pool area is beautifully set up and comfortable. Front desk staff, Norman, was extremely helpful and courteous. My portable speaker was lost and never found, or turned in, that was disappointing but happens. Overall it was a nice hotel.

parking garage is not dedicated to the hotel, so between Orange Theory, the condos above and guests visiting the hotel, parking is a roll of the dice. And parking is not free there is a daily charge. The hotel should better monitor the garage to ensure paying guests have a place to park.

The staff is amazing - very friendly and patient. The facilities are well-maintained and I really appreciate the size of the gym - can fit about 3-4 people without feeling like you're on top of each other. The location is a quick walk to an eclectic food hall and Atlantic Ave.
