Crane's Beach House Boutique Hotel & Luxury Villas

Everything was so clean, the staff treated you with the utmost of respect and kindness. I stayed in a deluxe room and there was so much space. 2 large screen televisions, a fully equipped kitchen and you were even supplied with the nicest Tommy Bahama beach chairs and large beach towels. The 2 pools were so nice and clean also. Our deck was very enjoyable to relax on in the evenings. I stayed at the Opal Grand Resort last year and by far Cranes is so much cleaner and nicer with larger accommodations. I’ll be staying at Cranes every visit to DelRay.

I can’t say there was anything to not like. Cranes is definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ property.

Really pretty gardens with two pools and more water features than you can imagine. Fantastic location one block from the beach. Clean, newly refurbished rooms, with thoughtful facilities such as beach chairs and towels included and good kitchenette facilities. Most rooms have some private or semi private outdoor space, but my room's terrace wasn't nearly as good as a lot of the others.. Staff are really friendly.

My room had a lot of the air-conditioning units from other rooms directly outside, so it was a bit noisy at night, but this wouldn't affect most of the rooms. the terraces on the smaller rooms aren't brilliant, friends were staying in bigger rooms and their semiprivate outdoor space was lovely.

Always the cleanest grounds and nicest staff, safe feeling environment at all times.

I would love to see the breakfast come back in some form. The Tiki bar was also a nice Happy Hour after a day on the he beach, "This was missed Greatly".I inow COVID made life different for us all, but it is what made Crane's stand out to guests.Even just the lemon water outside the pools were a compliment to enjoy. Thank you Crane's for many visits and beautiful relaxing vacations. KJK

Incredible location and amenities- loved the nespresso machine in the room! The cleaning staff were always prompt and left our room sparkling.

The main check-in Staff at times were not very warm. However we always found the cleaning crew to be very kind and super accommodating. The property is technically gated but the door is always left open. We saw people coming in and out who did not appear to be staying there, using the pool on multiple days.

We stayed in a 1 -bedroom apartment, which was very nice and tastefully decorated. the kitchen was over our expectations and we loved the coffee machine! the kids slept in a pull out couch which was totally ok for them (7 and 11 years). the bedroom was spacious and comfy, we had a tv in each room and a good closet space with robes etc. the 2 pools are small but super nice and the garden was welcoming with lots of places to sit, as the apartments did not have own/private balconies, we could use the garden instead. Overall such a warm and lovely unpretentious hotel, we loved it. You should try it if you like a hotel that is not all about 5 stars but of great quality and warm & nice holiday feeling to a reasonable price.

the cleaners were not really as cheerful as the rest of staff, and did not speak english but a minor issue. sad we had to leave a day early due to a hurricane and evacuation was neede, but that would mean we might need to come back!

I traveled for a work weekend with my daughter. We were impressed by the suite which had nice detailing, including arched doorways, crown molding, and robes for a fee in the closet. I also enjoyed the Nespresso machine in the room, that was a nice luxury that I enjoyed each morning. We loved how the hotel was privately "tucked in" to a little oasis-like setting. We enjoyed being close to the pool and within walking distance of a beach bar, restaurants, and, of course, the beach. It was really hot during our August visit, but that wouldn't deter me from visiting again.

I might be a little picky, but the bed could have been softer for my taste, but it was still comfortable.

Beautiful property, super clean, and affordable comparing to other Florida hotels. Free parking and no resort fee was a plus also.

The only thing which is minor anyway that if you do not wash any glassware that you use yourself, they charge you an extra fee. In addition to the inconvenience, that could be an issue since the guest will probably not do as good of a job as the staff, and one could be susceptible to using dirty glasses or dishes.

The young man who manages the office was fabulous, HE WAS KIND, THOUGHTFUL AND ACCOMADATING. I loved the tropical vib!!! Love the nespresso machine. Nice clean bathrooms!! Comfy bed and nice linens. Place is adorable and relaxing.

Being picky....have to look hard to be disappointed. Tall palm trees blocked sun on pool area. In our room some furniture was a little beat. An updated decor might be due soon. Daily cleaning could have been a little deeper.

Location couldn't have been any better (within walking distance to Atlantic Ave and the beach). The property was absolutely stunning - you could see employees every morning cleaning up and taking pride in their hotel. The design is impeccable - despite the close proximity to the activities in Del Ray you feel like you are in your own private jungle oasis. The villas were incredible - nicely decorated, clean, and so comfortable.

A place to hang up wet towels. There were no hooks in the bathrooms or in the living rooms to hang up your pool or shower towels. Sand is inevitable so it would've been nice to have had our own broom in a closet somewhere to sweep up if we wanted.

Absolutely love this place! Stayed here years ago and can't believe how they have updated the place. We were updated to a villa after checking in and adding on a night and the staff was so accommodating. Everyone was so helpful and nice! Love the tropical feel of the place esp the smaller pool area. Will definitely come back. Great beds. Beach chairs towels abd I've never seen a refrigerator so well stocked. Best mini bar ever. 2 short blocks to the beach restaurants and shopping. Sorry to have to leave!
