Our family stayed a week, I was impressed with the breakfast options and that there was a different main breakfast course each morning. The staff cooking the breakfast was very attentive. The food, while it was hotel food, was fresh. There was always some time of egg, with sausage and or bacon. There was also real oatmeal with lots of toppings. There was also plenty of drink options. The Hotel was clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly, which in my opinion speaks volumes about the management. Which was probably why everyone seemed to take pride in their work. I would definitely stay again.

this is not the fault of the hotel. But, I didn't care for the options to leave the hotel property. One direction you had a right turn only and then had to do a u turn to go back towards the restaurants and shopping. The other exit, went through a neighboring hotel property with a traffic light. Don't be fooled... I sat at that light for a 120 years waiting to turn left! I was literally reincarnated. U turn side was the best fastest option, if anyone cares.

This hotel exceeded all expectations and is the best in the area, as I've stayed at others. The whole hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was delicious (the mini quiches were the best), the pool was very clean and an appropriate temperature for Florida, and the hotel was central to everything we needed. They also had bottled water at the pool which was a nice touch. There's a bonfire area and grills to borrow but we didn't use either. Miles was the front desk rep we dealt with the most and he was very welcoming and friendly. His smile made us feel welcome right when we walked in.

It was a little odd that the glass shower door only covered half the shower but it didn't effect functionality at all.

The location was perfect! Close to everything from eating, shopping and close to Delray Beach. I rented a car and did have to drive far for any of my destinations. I had a wonderful time! Easy to get around.

They did not have regular coffee on the day of check out. I thought that was odd. I asked the lady helping and she told me they did not have regular coffee, I'm assuming just for that day.

Tameka was at the front desk when I checked in. She was welcoming and very polite but professional. My check-in only took less than 5 mins since I had already done it online. Loved that my room had literally a mini kitchen with a dishwasher, dishes, full size refrigerator and pots and pans. Housekeeping were awesome too...

There was nothing I didnt like. Hotel was clean from the get go and hotel decor was beautiful. The location and hotel was so quiet, I thought I was the only one there.

Traveling RN… This location was convenient for my needs of this stay. Staff was excellent! Was accommodated for a later check out to complete some work needs. Rooms were immaculately clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast options were plentiful with hot & cold items, fresh fruit and beverages. Plenty of lobby seating, nooks and places to eat or work on your laptop if you didn’t want to be in your room. The entire location was very clean, bright and welcoming.

I have no complaints to report for this stay.

Very clean , very accommodating by both staff and actual hotel. ALL staff there were very kind and considerate. I want to shout out particularly Ginelle, Anthony , Giselle and Mercedes!!!! They were fabulous! Breakfast was nice and my room was perfect ,as it was my daughter , granddaughter (11yrs),grandson (2yrs)and myself there was ample space and the kitchen came in so handy loved this place and I already plan to stay here upon my return for future trips.

The only thing I would say is I wish the shower was a little lower or hand held (short people problems) and one of the elevators was out of commission but this didn’t make me love this place any less!

The staff were super accommodating and super kind. We had to leave a terrible hotel literally in the middle of the night we ended up staying for almost a month and didn't want to leave as we kept extending our stay! It really felt like a home away from home. And our pets were accomadated and ground were also free of pet messes.. From dealing with Tresor, Kylie, Giselle, Jenny Dion and anyone else who I am forgetting at the front desk I can't thank them enough for their compassion for our situation and them going above and beyond. The man at breakfast Joseph was so kind and polite and our lady cleaning the room.on out floor, I believe her name was Nadage, all was amazing!!! The hotel was constantly cleaned and sanitized which made us feel super safe during this time of Covid while we had our children with us as well! Can not send enough thank yous to the those team! We will definitely be back for another stay asap! ❤

Very homey feeling! Rooms were equipped with all the convenience of home. Continental breakfast was great. Nice pool area. Staff were so nice & accommodating!

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Highly recommend!

The large room. The friendly staff. The clean hotel. The pool. The laundry facilities help on extended trips . Housekeeping was good. The location is with in walking distance of multiple restaurants. Overall a good hotel .

They need a large mirror in the bedroom. They have none in the bedroom. Have you ever stayed in a hotel with ladies who all want a mirror in the morning. Get rid of the artwork and hang mirror s . Also the breakfast has no change. When staying one night it's ok . But when starting multiple nights you need variety. Same sausage patties every day. Bacon or ham would be nice.

Overall the hotel is beautiful. Open, bright and airy

The walls and door handles were dirty. The pool was dirty and we did not get into it during our stay
