Holiday Inn Express & Suites Boynton Beach East, an IHG Hotel

The beds where clean, check in process was smooth, & parking was good. House keeping ladies where very nice. had a lady named Bertha very kind got us what we needed. and showed a sense of importance to get us a Pillow.

when I checked in front desk was not able to give me 2 rooms with 2 beds as I requested nor have them next to each other, which I had pid for already. When I requested an extra pillow for the pull out couch there was none, plus no sense of urgency or hospitality to try to find me one. coming from the hospitality industry found it weird that there was no uniform front desk was dressed normal. despite all this wanted to make it clear that the front desk people where nice. last but not least breakfast was not the best missed a couple of items to say it was an all American breakfast.

We have stayed at this location with family over the past few years the hotel is very clean and comfortable and in a safe location, we will stay here again in the future the staff is always friendly and the hotel is very nice. We did not realize though this last trip we had that it was spring break so the rates were double what we paid last year but no complaints. Breakfast was very good as well and the great nieces all enjoyed it and the pool. Will stay again next time we visit the area.

Horrible continental breakfast choices.

The place was absolutely beautiful. I had a lovely stay. I checked in around 11pm & we had a little wait to check in because the front desk was already dealing with an issue with another guest before us, but after it was cleared up the front desk repeatedly apologized for the wait (we are very patient :) ) he cracked some jokes & took his time to explain everything to us. He even made sure the person behind us maintained social distance (which I appreciated very much) I forgot the front desk’s name. But he was driving with grace and poise that one. Fri Apr 16 11pm shift - acknowledge him please :D! The rooms were absolutely stunning. The bathroom had a vanity mirror, hairdryer, FANCY bath and body works shampoo and conditioner, clean towels, clean shower (with endless hot water, my fav!) The entrance was a small hallway with a key rig machine with options of decaf , caffeinated coffee & teas along with sugar cream & zero cal sugar. Our room also came with a fridge & microwave! And a large mirror to see yourself before you leave.all the love on the doors worked perfectly (a lot of hotels sadly cannot say that same, which gives me paranoia of someone coming into the room) The room was ab-so-lute-ly STUNNING! See the photos for yourself! I booked a double bed room - I got a KING BED! Oh so soft clean white sheets, with a mattress you can sink into & pillows that away your weary head from a long drive. The plugs all had USB attachments if you didn’t break the power bank of your Apple charger (THANK the lord!) it also had a desk with adjustable brightness desk lamp for comfort. Lots of great movies on the tv! Closet came with locker as well for valueables. The room has a cool barn door! Love the modern-ness! All in all: the staff was friendly, the hotel is quiet, the rooms are clean and beautiful, the beds are comfy, THEY HAVE FREE BREAKFAST DURING COVID (YES!!

The service was exceptional from check in to check out.We enjoyed the spacious room,showers and cozy bed.You gotta love the feather pillows and you can't go wrong with a free breakfast.Thank you to the staff you are great!

Exceptionally wonderful staff, friendly and accommodating.

We had such a wonderful time I can't think of anything we didn't like.

The friendly staff, the ambience and how clean the place is and the bed is my favorite part of the stay, it is so comfortable I didn't want to come out of bed

I didn't have alot of choices for breakfast n most days its the same boring breakfast

the morning of the 5th, at 9AM the breakfast buffet had hardly any food left and the coffee was empty, I had to leave the property and spent $20 at a restaurant for breakfast. I did not like that

I had to make 3 trips back to the lobby because of an issue with the key. I was tired and that was a bummer. But the gal at the desk, Karen, was so friendly and helpful it made it better. AC was loud
