Courtyard by Marriott Delray Beach

An hotel really well located since you can go and visit Delray beach just by walking, no need to use the car. There is a parking within the hotel which is very convenient as well. The staff people are all very nice and helpful, we were able to get our room earlier which was perfect. They give you keys room according to the number of people you are and not only because of the bed numbers. The rooftop pool is clean, with a nice view. The room is big and clean too.

The bedroom doesn't have any windows you can open, this is something really important since I do like having fresh air in the room even if slightly open.

Very convenient location: Walking distance to the beach. Our room had a great size for a family with 2 kids. Very clean. Nice lobby & breakfast area.

Disposable plates, cups and cutlery at breakfast: a lot of unnecessary waste - not up to today’s standards, in my opinion (and not fit for this type of property). Also: does anyone really enjoy eating breakfast with plastic forks, knives and spoons?! Staff at reception seemed rather demotivated, whilst the ground floor bistro team went out of their way to accommodate one’s wishes.

the location and the rooms are specious and clean

the way they offer breakfast, the breakfast was delicious, but fighting sind the check out to take of the positions from the bill, as we had breakfast in our price. The hotel is talking about a certain amount that can be spent, but nobody ever told this nor is it clear in their offering.

They advertise that TWO restaurants are there. One is called “ The Bistro” they have signage stating they are open for Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. That is FALSE. it’s only open until 10 a.m. The Reef bar is located at the rooftop by the pool, it has a small menu. If you are looking for Frozen drinks by the pool, they don’t have a blender.

Walkability - decent sized rooms -

Parking spots are tight- room was under pool - can hear everything - should book those at lower rate or let someone know - found rates high as asking others staying closer to ocean at same rate.

The Starbucks coffee on the ground floor was mostly closed and staff had no idea what it's opening times were

Loved the roof top pool, the happy hour, the Friday night music. I like the Starbucks in the lobby. The rooms were huge.

The parking was tight and you had to pay additional fees to park.

The staff at the hotel is amazing. Estevena Saintil helped with a delicate matter as I had a package shipped at the hotel by mistake after leaving. She quickly and kindly helped and had the packages shipped to my address. She was courteous and professional and greatly appreciated her help. Without her help I would have lost all the money of the item shipped there by mistake. She was truly a wonderful professional.

I was charged for a night that I didn’t stay because my flight was delayed and we arrived the next day.

It exceeded our expectations. The property looked like it was built yesterday and no one had stayed there previously! It was very clean, rooms were spacious. Easy access to downtown Delray and all that it has to offer!
