The Ray Hotel Delray Beach, Curio Collection By Hilton

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Daniel & Jose were very friendly, helpful & hospitable. Love that there are on-site restaurants & the secure method of using the elevator to get to your floor.

One of my friends & I came for a relaxing vacation, & after a long day of traveling, sanitizing the room, & getting ready for bed an alarm on the baseboard went off at 12:30-1 A.M. We had to switch rooms because they couldn't repair it & and sanitize the new one all over again. The next morning of our relaxing vacay, we woke up to construction/renovating above us & shared our concerns with the front desk. The great thing is the staff members from the front desk, housekeeping, and doormen at The Ray made sure the rest of our stay was great! In spite of the few hiccups. We will definitely return & refer others.

Perfect for our needs

If they need to charge more for base rate, just do it. The 30/d for resort fee, when none of the services are used serves to just piss off the guest. Bookings needs to tell customer that they will not receive Hilton credits when booking thru a 3rd party. I stayed in Hilton hotels for 7 consecutive nights wh were booked thru bookings and I got no Hilton credits. I will do it differently next time.

Booking.com charged me a Resort fee and than the hotel charged me the resort fee I called both and none refunded me

most of the staff were great. Will at the pool and Gwen at the front desk were great. will was a real hustler (in a good way) unlike the other pool staff. the property was beautiful and clean. friendly helpful staff gor the most part.

just a couple of minor things. on my last day, my friend picked me up to bring me to the airport and one of the valets kept harassing her to move the car. there was no one else there, and she was there for way less than ten minutes, in no one’s way. not the best exit.

The staff at the Ray were extremely helpful and welcoming. The hotel is an ideal location for experiencing Delray. It's a couple blocks from all the action on Atlantic Ave. The pool was beautiful and heated, which was great in January.

The hotel is about a mile from the beach. It's an easy walk and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars to check out along the way. If you don't feel like walking, the hotel offers free transportation to the beach in a Moke, which is really fun. If you want to be right on the beach, this is not the hotel for you.

great rooms that were big, bright and comfortable. Had all the amenities one required. Only thing I would complain about is the lift system where you had to flash your card and wait for the green light in order to press the button (trust me I have stayed in many hotels and this is really slow - a very unusual system)

Great hotel, lovely rooms and well located. A lot pricier than hotels in the area but this is definitely an upper class luxury hotel and as we were only going to be in Delray prob once we may as well try the nicest place.

None everything was good from staff to pool to the Akira Black restaurant that was packed so suggest one makes a reservation!

Beautiful property, perfect location. Expensive, but think we booked at the wrong time $450 per night. Lovely decor, lovely pool, lovely rooms. Manager was really lovely, so chatty and welcoming. The man that took us down to the beach on the buggy was also really really nice. Complimentary beds at the beach were perfect with awesome shade area.

Great location, walkable to everything in the town. Beautiful bar on the roof.

Pool is very, very small with limited sun beds that are close together.

Rooftop pool and all the bars/restaurants were fab

The fitness class being held right outside my balcony blasting music early on Saturday morning. Not the wake up you want for a relaxing weekend away! Also when i first got to the room I had to ask for a new gown as they hadn’t swapped the last guests one out
