What I loved the most about Edgewater Beach is that the ocean is literally steps away. The poolside bar is also a plus. Cory the Bartender was absolutely the best and went above and beyond to find me a drink I truly enjoyed. The food at the restaurant is delicious.
There was only one elevator working. I booked a room with two beds and I stayed in a beautiful one bedroom with one bed and there was a sofa bed in the living room for my 84 year old mom. But she loved it, she didn’t open it. She slept in the sofa.

I love that it is beachfront. The rooms are very good and well maintained and decorated. It makes you feel like home and the pools are nice . Super clean and staff is amazing! The location couldn’t been better! The set up of the buildings are very good planned.The bar at the pool very convenient. The kitchen in the rooms are lovely. We needed late departure because half of the family took a fishing tour and we needed one more hour and the staff was very nice and help us with it at no extra charge!
I didn’t like that we were accommodated in the room that was far from the beach so we didn’t get to enjoy the ocean view as we thought it would be. Also the room was nice but it was not like the pictures shown when I booked it. The prices at the restaurant menu was too high and something I got very disappointed about was the gas pipe that is in the beach. If you are a family of four you only get two beach beds and the other two are extra charge.

The beachfront location was stunning and a perfect place to watch the beautiful sunset. The staff were all friendly and the hotel bar and restaurants were practically empty so no wait for breakfast or drinks.
There was some construction going on or building materials outside our room but we understand this was probably due to Hurricane Ian so completely understandable.

the dining experience while beautiful was hit matched by the cuisine. the food was good but it could have been a little more creative. red tide was bad but not the resorts fault.

I wanted to be right on the beach- close to the water with soft, deep sand to watch the sunset. I wanted a more quiet location and I never left the property. I wanted Zen with the Ocean and I got it. I had a oceanfront suite which was perfect for me because I wanted to see and hear the beach as much as possible. The staff were kind and professional.
Food quality- it was ok- but there is almost a full kitchen so you can do it yourself- but on vacation who wants to lol. Room rate high but it’s season and that’s the way it is.

Exceptional service by all staff. From the moment we got there we felt welcomed. Two beach chairs were included with the room as part of the resort fee. The beach staff was very helpful and always ready to adjust the chairs or umbrella. The room was very comfortable and having a full sized refrigerator was convenient. We would order lunch from the bar and eat at the beach and everything we ordered was very good. There are several restaurants near the property. Publix and Walgreens are just down the street.
The cost of the drinks at the pool at $12 was a bit high. The piña coladas were great though. Umbrellas at the beach were not included and were $25 which I thought could have been more reasonable.

Spectacular sandy beach and very clean hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous but not pushy. 5-7 minute drive to all of Naples (with a free shuttle down town too).
The food was just okay and overpriced for what you received. There are so many amazing food options in Naples for the same money or cheaper. Sometimes it's nice to stay in and order room service or pool side lunch. The mediocre food did motivate us slightly to plan our day around off site restaurant options.
