Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Pensacola West I-10

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, bathroom updated and nice size. We were on the ground floor near a door where we parked so very convenient for bringing in our luggage. Would recommend 107 for seniors. Nice location. I noticed an exercise room. Breakfast was good. Felt very safe here.

If it matters to you the room we stayed in had carpet on the floors, but room seemed very clean and modern. We had no complaints. We would stay here again.

The staff was very kind to me. Austin was helpful the first second we spoke.

The rug was very clean which Is the first thing I look for in a hotel. I feel like the bathroom could have been better though because it is the second thing I look for. I found a couple of hairs in the shower and crud in the corners by the toilet and shower. The hair was not for any of us because it was before we took a shower and the hair was long and straight. That really bothers me and makes me uncomfortable. To a normal person they probably wouldn't have noticed though lol. Also there was alot of lamps but really not too much light. The window did show a great deal of natural sunlight in the AM though.

The staff member helping with the breakfast was exceptional. Very kind and always made us feel welcome- we looked forward to seeing her in the morning. Also when we checked in - there were several of us all at the same time - just as the person with the breakfast area- this staff member never got flustered and treated each guest as if they were the only guest in front of her.

There were not any outlets right by the bed that we could find. Since I use my phone for an alarm -I did not want to have the phone that far away from me— Thankfully I had a very long cord

The hotel was clean and easily accessible off the interstate. Hotel staff was friendly . The breakfast selections were adequate - eggs, breakfast meat, waffle, oatmeal, bagels, cereals, yogurts.

The only thing that I did not like is that they do housecleaning every other day, so on my 2nd day there, I had to go downstairs to get clean towels.

Everyone was super friendly, always with a smile. Must mention about the two "Sarah"s at the front desk ! Great location for a stop over , off I10. Breakfast was good too. Nice clean swimming pool.

Little far from the Pensacola beach. Its about 30 minutes drive form the beach.

very clean, looks relatively new everyone was very nice

only gave us two wash clothes while changing out dirty towels every two days. No issues with swapping out dirty towels. They should at least give each person a wash cloth for the day.

there was only 1 chair in the room so one had to watch the tv in bed which is not very comfortable

Loved the front desk & breakfast staff. Rooms & property were nice & clean. Had a great time in the city.

We were given a handicapped room the first night when we didn't reserve it. The next morning the front desk rectified the issue. We asked for a late check-out & they forgot to advise Housekeeping. Therefore, Housekeeping almost entered our room while we were getting ready.

Everything is clean, the shower head makes you want to stay in the shower. Huge Samsung TV with the option to use your phone as the remote so no need to touch the remote after turning it on. Ample storage space if needed. Microwave, small refrigerator, small coffee maker, ironing board, iron and hair dryer all provided. Plenty of lighting in the room and multiple power outlets throughout the room and a easy to use alarm clock with multiple power points to plug up your electronics. There is also a long table that doesn't take up to much space but provides plenty of space to keep things in order. For the money this hotel is hard to beat. We were here for one night and the weather was a bit chilly so we didn't use the pool and no time for the fitness room but they are available and as with everything else they were clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and very helpful. To the upper management .... your staff has done an excellent job in every category. Thank you

Had a few knocks approaching checkout my final day here, apparently other guests leave without checking out so this comment goes against other guests who do this causing rooms to be checked prior to checkout time
