I was charged $1371 when I checked out which over drew my account. The room had been paid for IN FULL prior to my stay. When I called to ask about the situation. I was very rudely informed, I’ll get my money back in 3-5 days and there was nothing more they could do. They also could not explain why I was charged or allow me to speak with anyone other than the manager. I will not be staying with you again

Everything was exceptional it wasn't to far from the beach.The staff was very nice and the rooms were spacious and clean.We will be returning in the summer!

The sitting area was nice but I feel like it could have been larger considering how many guests was at the establishment also they should have a fire pit by the pool as well as the sitting area that way if the guess get out of the pool they could keep warm.And the sitting area should have a closure at the top.

Of all the hotels I’ve stayed in all around the world, I can count on one hand the places I would consider perfect. This hotel was one of them. The room was much bigger than the pictures appear. We booked a king studio for myself, my husband, our four year old and one year old, and our two dogs. With the couch pulled out, the king size bed, our Great Dane’s kennel, and our Pack N Play we still had plenty of room to navigate through. The staff was phenomenal. I didn’t walk past a single member throughout the length of our stay who did not greet us with a friendly smile, and a nice hello. Kai at the front desk was always available for questions, and recommendations around town. The breakfast was one of the best parts of our trip. The food was great and they had an awesome selection where even our pickiest eater still left full. However, the absolute best part of this hotel was the breakfast attendant, Ms. Pookie. The first day we came down for breakfast we were greeted with a smile that lit up the whole room. She overheard us talk about how great the waffles smelled as we waited for the rest of our party who also stayed in the hotel, and brought us over a warm, freshly made waffle to our table along with “one of the best oranges in Florida”. She quickly became our daughter’s favorite part of the trip. Each night when we’d get ready for bed she’d say “I’m going to sleep real good so I can go see my best friend tomorrow”. Every morning she’d run up to her tell her our plans for the day, show her her new shirt or toy, or sing baby shark with Ms. Pookie. Rarely do you meet someone so friendly, kind, and genuine, she honestly made us feel like we were visiting with family and is the exact reason we booked another trip back before we even checked out!

The bathroom barn door doesn’t lock, but definitely adds to the ambiance of the room.

our last night, a large group of kids came in. they stayed in the room above us and it sounded like they were jumping on beds and running into the walls. one from our group went to the front desk 3 times and complained and it never stopped only got worst. I understand kids will be kids but there comes a time and point that you as the parent needs to be sensitive to the people around you and staying beneath you and calm your children down.

We enjoyed the extra living room space. Room was nice, beds were comfy and we loved the food truck next door. Great gym equipment, all worked. Happy we got some laundry done.

Doors were repainted and you could see the strokes, no biggie but, it took a little away from esthetics. Temperatures were cooler than we expected and the hallway had central air on. It was cold. People in room above us let kids run early morning and early evening. I understand pets are allowed but, there was a dog barking for over an hour non-stop. My guess is that it was left alone in an unfamiliar place. Before we left, we opened a drawer that had a robe. Not sure if it was left behind by previous guest but, made me wonder how thorough the room was cared for.

This was very convenient, saved lots due too the kitchenette! And spacious, clean, updated rooms! The pool area is a very nice area as well. Easy access to downtown and beaches. Oh and breakfast was delicious, the ladies were phenomenal at keeping it stocked on the busy mornings. We had Dance teams and baseball teams that had early call times. Thank you!

I did not like the location of the hotel right near the interstate you could hear ambulance traffic into the early hours of the morning. wish the parking area was would have need built on n both sides or in the front, so not like parking in the back of the building

Breakfast quality wasn't the best but it wasn't boring and they switched it up some each day. I booked and needed a walk in shower but I survived. The size and space of the room was PERFECT! All in all we will definitely book again as well as refer it.

We had to wait for about 30 mins to check in cause they couldn't find my information that I ALREADY HAD FOR ONLINE and wanted me to pay again! I had to keep asking for clean towels. Coffee, cream, sugar, trash bags were not stocked when housekeeping came in. It seem like my bathroom wasn't cleaned during our stay when I asked for room to be cleaned. We didn't like breakfast biscuits w that turkey. I would suggested switching that out. They didn't taste very good. Not enough parking spaces!

The size of the room was perfect! The room was very clean, spacious and had all amenities listed! The front desk receptionist was very nice and had good customer service.
