Fairfield Inn by Marriott Pensacola I-10

Breakfast was AMAZING. Had something for just about everyone. LOVED they had fresh apples and bananas all day AND in the evening they had baked cookies at the desk. India, at the front desk is super sweet and helpful. She made our stay so enjoyable.

Need more gluten free breakfast options (like the spinach quiche - yum!) please. Sleeper sofa mattress was thin & difficult to sleep on. The kids had a super difficult time sleeping on the sleeper sofas. Other than that, everything was great.

The breakfast was great - waffles> The staff was very helpful with informing us of places to visit. the housekeeping & maintenance staff was very pleasant to talk with to find the GOOD food restaurants.

The wife didn't like the pool wasn't heated.

The staff was amazing! We were greeted with friendly faces by Abby and a sweet young man ( his name escapes me but he told us he used to live in Hawaii.) The breakfast attendant was the sweetest person! The ladies who checked us out were also very friendly and prompt with service. The beds were comfortable. We didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting. The location was near lots.of shopping (the reason for our trip to Pensacola). We will definitely be staying at this hotel during our Pensacola trips from now on.

Excellent and useful location. Most of the staff was incredibly helpful and kind, especially the manager and the cleaning staff. Complementary breakfast is really good and varied.

It would be great if the rooms had safeboxes.

Location was good with multiple restaurants nearby. Easy off and on access to the highway. Stayed there twice over the Thanksgiving Holiday

First stay ... no eggs for breakfast. Worked out though because we found a great family owned breakfast place right around the corner. Second stay ... went straight back to the family breakfast location

Staff was excellent & quickly resolved issue at check in.

Our unit on first floor was musty & odorous & lock didn't work; however staff immediately moved us to a second floor unit that was much better. Bathroom needed some TLC and beds are small.

Breakfast was good. Staff was very kind. We had a baby dealing with moving from overseas and sleep regression so she screamed sometimes at night but there didn't seem to be any complaints. We greatly appreciate everyone's understanding.

Breakfast items sometimes ran out. Pillows weren't the best.

Great breakfast, really super nice staff al day ever day. Comfy bed. Very clean everywhere.

Wish there had been a freezer/fridge combo instead of fridge only, for frozen food and for freezing ice packs for coolers. Also would have liked a table with a couple chairs to make it easier to eat and play board games. These are minor things, but would have been nice!

To protect guests from Covid, there were sanitation stations throughout the hotel, masks were required in all common areas, and breakfasts were bagged by staff so guests could grab it and go without worry over others touching, coughing, or sneezing on food.

A few corners on the tub could’ve been scrubbed a little better but overall, I’d definitely stay again. Staff was friendly and the location was perfect because it was right off of the interstate and walking distance to places to eat. Literally a Waffle House and other restaurant when you walk outside the lobby doors.

I did not like the sack breakfast I picked up two blueberry sacks and took them to my room open one of them up and it had a green banana in it and my wife is extremely allergic to bananas. Also the room was supposed to have two queen beds but instead they were full yet the room was plenty big to have two queen size beds
