La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Pensacola

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in away from home. And the way it was made up by staff was so inviting. There was ample enough towels and and amenities in the bathroom area. Very clean! And the fact that we were able to stay with our fur baby was the best. She had cataract surgery and we needed to say overnight was great! We felt as if we were in a very safe environment. This was a night of severe weather and we felt safe. So thank you for everything. We will stay again I’m sure!

Pen and pad in room and a bible would have been nice.

Gina was a jem. She went out of her way to make things go well. Seems like the room was renovated nicely considering the the age of the hotel. Probably the only thing that could have helped is that the new floor was vinyl planking and it was raining - making the floor difficult to keep dry/clean. A mat at the door would help. This was minor though.

Our room was comfortable and clean. The Motel is older, but it's been updated with comfortable beds, fresh carpet, and furniture. Most of all the AC worked great!

No fault of the Motel staff, but we had a random person knock on our door late one night. He had the wrong room. The city noise was a little loud at times.

Room was very clean! Bed was extremely comfortable with the softest, fluffiest pillows! The breakfast was GREAT with a lot to choose from!

The microwave was on it's last leg. Took 9 minutes to cook a 3 minute pizza.

The area was nice! I loved that there was a Denny's next door! My grandma used to take me when I was little so it was nice!

There was not a single thing that I did not like!

The male staff at the front desk is exceptionally pleasant and always will to assist.

D location was perfect for me,having access to almost everything

Loved the room , great customer service. Staff very welcoming. Quiet an very clean. Will stay again my next visit. Breakfast was good.

Leaving

We come here every year for pensacon, it's always a nice day and even though it was under renovations it was comfortable and worthwhile.

I would have liked to known that the facility was under renovations, I would have still stayed but it would have been nice to know. Also I feel the price should have been lower because it was under renovations.

This property is starting to improve they are also in the middle of a renovation Which was not too bad I’m hoping when we come back in a year everything looks amazing

The last two times that we had stayed the pool has either been closed or broken I’m hoping it gets fixed soon

Clean and good location if you’re traveling.

I booked last minute and got last room so the price was much higher than average. They were remodeling the property; so outside in some areas were dirty from construction! My room was clean but definitely needs update with carpet and bathroom. Overall I felt safe and clean there.
