Sweet Dream Inn - University Park

The Staff was very professional and they prep cleaned the already clean room before you arrive. When I walked thru the door, the room smelled CLEAN! The sheets were FRESHLY pressed and clean. Not a spot on them! They smelled fresh out of the cleaners, and I LOVED THAT! There were newly looking tiles and paint on the walls. I would most definitely come back. Lastly, to see this place being operated by my Afrikaan brothers and sisters was a SIGHT FOR SORE EYES ❤️.

There wasn't anything I really didn't like, however, there was one thing but I could tell it was a MISTAKE by cleaning staff. Because I feel it was an honest mistake, I won't mention it... However, make sure you get EVERYTHING out of the room after cleaning before the customer arrives. Really, no compliantS!

It was quiet. Everyone was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was always courteous and helpful. It was a great value for the price. It was by no means a 5 star place but I also paid a 1/3 or more of the price of a 5 star. I was thankful there wasn't riff raff hanging around. We felt comfortable coming and going at all different times of day and night. By 10-11 pm all was super quiet in the area. We didn't hear other people in other rooms. It was well worth the price we paid!

it was in a good location, we can walk to where we needed to go because everything was so close.

I drive me my reservations for the room it took the counterperson about 45 minutes get back to the counter and I told her no reason your ratings are zero because there's nobody here to check nobody in and one person left because there was nobody at the counter I left I was going 30 minutes and come back and it was still nobody there I didn't get into my room until down near 10:00 that night I think it was wasting my time and money and I think I need a refund to be honest with you it sucked because I couldn't get in my room at a decent time

I like the location of property. close to highway, restaurants, stores. The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. I requested a room with no carpet and the staff were very friendly and made it happen for me upon arrival.

I didn’t like on one of the nights people were noisy in the parking lot outside of my room until around 11 pm

Honestly I was expecting way worse. But it was just what we needed we had plenty of towels and they cleaned the rooms well. We were just in for 2 nights so it was perfect for us. When we travel on short trips we don't look for the most luxurious because we want to use that money actually doing things so it was just right for us.

I love how well it was maintained and kept clean in my room. The staff was amazing and anytime I asked for extra towels they just asked to put the others outside, EASY! I would like to say this is the PERFECT BEACH BUM hotel. if you just love staying at the beach all day and being out and just need a place to shower and rest, it is the perfect place!!

nothing really comes to mind besides the shower being opposite (hot n cold we’re switched and I just startled myself, no biggie)

I loved the location. This hotel is much nicer than the reviews and stars that are displayed. Staff is friendly and very helpful, the room I was in was clean and well stocked.

Very convenient for me to travel back and forth to work and great location for shopping and restaurants 😊 I was very impressed

It seems as if the neighborhood is where there’s a lot of people hanging around all the time and all times of the day and night and with me having to be at work for 4am I noticed a lot of foot traffic… I didn’t like that and I’m grateful my husband was with me otherwise I would not have stayed as long as I did !
