Clean grounds, good design, ample space, pet friendly with no extra fee. Most of the staff was friendly. Modern decor. Tucked away but easily accessible, about 15min to downtown restaurants and 10min from highway. Welcoming atmosphere and it even has a happy hour bar.

Carpet in part of the rooms, thin walls through which you could hear slamming doors, one set of elevators only for the whole building. Only some items available for purchase during breakfast. Poor shower pressure and no hot water. Too much clorox used to clean rooms so that the smell was overpowering. Upon check out, I was not asked about how my stay was.

modern sleek clean look, well kept and comfortable rooms. good shower. Of note was the ceiling in 408- bathroom and over bed you could tell there’s been some leaking or water damage which should be checked. friendly and helpful staff!! will be frequent guests

The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The television didn't work too well; It kept on getting stuck. Sometimes it would take 10 minute to switch a channel. It would have also been nice to have a fresh fruit option on the breakfast menu or and a fruit bowl.

We loved everything. The rooms are very comfortable. Super soft towels. Everything is nearby also. Our favorite thing was the pool. We loved that it was only 3' at the shallow and only 4' at the deepest, plus the spa jets where the bench seat is. If you have children with you and want to swim, it is just perfect! This was just a special let's get out of the house for one night...stay. We live in the area, and will DEFINITELY be doing this again at this hotel! Super happy!

There was nothing that could have been any better for us really. We loved everything and loved our stay!

The manager accommodated a early check in which was a big deal for us on graduation and hotel was full. VERY VERY pet friendly. Had a bar and pool and workout room and a conference meeting room. Although we didn’t have time personally to use.

No hot tub. Fridge in room wasn’t working. Hotel was sold out and they didn’t direct me to booking.com even though I called. My daughter happens to find openings online. Light in bathroom area was hooked to bedroom light. One switch didn’t work so it may be a maintenance issue.

Location good.

Heavy doors slamming late at night and very early morning. Bagel I got was very stale. Couldn’t even eat it cause it was so hard. Would have brought it back but was in a hurry to go to Hospital appointment.

Nice, updated, clean. Fun & lively bar area. comfortable room.

Nit enough parking for paying customers. Had to park at hospital parking lot and walk to hotel. When I spoke to staff about this issue, they were not helpful, stating that their ankle hurt too much to go out and see if any unauthorized vehicles were parked on property.

Clean and nice design. Beds very comfortable and staff was exceptional. I would for sure recommend this hotel to friends and family. Location was also great. We will stay here again. Love that they are also pet friendly. Ample parking even with a trailer.

Only complaint is when you confirm a late check out and they agree they should tell housekeeping so they don't wake you up.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and I love the location. It’s close to campus and tons of restaurants. The beds are also very comfortable and the staff is always friendly.

My only issue is that the water in the shower never got very hot… Just lukewarm.

Can't lie them pillow was hard my neck was hurting in morning idk if wash pillow and dry them but was hard bed was okay nice king y'all gotta fix way lights work
