The staff, All of the staff, were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and the Hotel was very convenient to our doctor office we were visiting and to lots of great places to dine out at. Our view on the third floor overlooked 300+ year old Live Oak trees! Gorgeous!!

The room was nice but not very clean. The coffee service tray and coffee maker were not wiped down. Very dirty. The lamp was stuck to the table from not having been wiped beneath... Obviously in a while. There were crumbs on the floor near the head of one bed. The tub had soap scum build up on it. I'm a housekeeper myself. It would not have passed inspection by or for me. The rest of the room was good.

I was very disappointed in the breakfast. People with little children would love to have a seating area and a better set up. I went to a nearby diner and had breakfast.

The check in with the young girl She WAS NOT helpful at all. I asked where should I park and she said any where.. No directions, etc. I am 78 walk with a cane, and had a five year old with me. I asked if the pool was being serviced and she replied with a shrug. Later in the evening and morning I had no other experience with hotel staff at desk.

We visited for the Georgia-Florida game and, from the moment we stepped into the lobby, we had THE BEST experience! The hotel was decorated perfectly for the game with both teams represented. The outdoor firepit and seating area right off the lobby was perfect for mingling. The location was great with easy access to the best shopping (St. John's Towncenter) and so many dining options. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, ensuring that our family were on all on the same floor and with connecting rooms where possible. Breakfast was also AMAZING- the best oatmeal I've had anywhere and so many options, including made to order. This will be our go-to hotel now whenever we are back in Jacksonville!

Nothing- all was great!

The staff was excellent. The entire crew was more than accommodating. Anyone from housekeeping to manager. Any request I made was granted with no hesitation nor question. They allowed me to check in early as well as checking out much later than usual times. I was given permission to in an undesignated parking area with my pickup and attached trailer. I could continue to list the many things that were made much easier by the staff here at Hilton University of Florida Conference Center Gainesville.

If I had to dislike something and this does not have anything to do with the cashier or the gentleman that prepared my breakfast because they were both excellent and maintained a smile at all times. However, I did not like the cost of food inside the hotel for breakfast. A sausage, egg & cheese biscuit, two apple juices, a blueberry muffin and some fresh pineapple chunks $21.00. For a comparison: I had dinner at Shula's one evening, their restaurant/bar, where I ordered two adult beverages, an appetizer and the signature "Shula Burger" and my check was under $30.00. The burger was great, by the way!

Room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. I asked for a handicap accesible room and that is what we received.

Toiletries were minimal...could use a few extra soaps. We were a family of three (not everyone shares soap)

Great location and great staff. Clean facility. Amazing on-site restaurant and bar.

The shower and appliances are a little outdated vs some of the other Hilton hotels I have stayed in. I also didn’t like that the breakfast wasn’t included in your room rate like it is at your other hotels.

it was lovely, very clean design and uncluttered. plenty of room to navigate both room and bathroom with transport chair.

the rooms we were given were stuck in an awkward corner that made getting a luggage cart in or out challenging to say the least. even my son’s wheelchair had som difficulty.

Option of high or low floors. Good choice of breakfast items

There was one spot marked Reserved But I noticed others were parking there. Is it a reserved parking spot or not for future reference.

The location was great, the hotel was very nice and the room and bathroom had been renovated. The lobby was beautiful and even during covid I felt safe. I would definitely stay here again.

The bathtub!! It was old and gross and in need of a good scrubbing. My husband thought the tub was just old but they should have either replaced it or scrubbed it or even repainted it instead of leaving it the way it was. It was BAD. I should have taken a picture but it was room 312.

Breakfast was less than satisfactory; particularly for a Hilton.

Breakfast in a full service restaurant would have made the stay better. The Cafe staff was great but the lack of seating and a real breakfast was disappointing.
