HoM, A Trademark Collection Hotel

Loved that the room had a ceiling fan! The staff was super. They were nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good too. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Location was a great proximity to everything I needed.

The hallway going to my room on the 4th floor was HOT and HUMID. The outside part of my door of my room facing the hallway was sweating because I had it cool in my room and the hallway leading to the elevator was so hot. The tiles in the ceiling were beginning to pucker. I hope they get it fixed soon or they're going to have major damage.

We enjoyed our stay. Location convenient to everything, including I-75. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfy. Kids we're very delighted with the breakfasts every morning. Pool was nice and refreshing for the kids, to cold for me. We enjoyed our stay!

The front desk was not friendly upon arrival. Otherwise all other employees were very helpful and friendly. Especially Benjamin. I requested in writing a room on the bottom floor or close to an elevator. We were put on the 2nd fl, last room at the end of the hall next to the noisy stairway. Possibly due to the size of the rm needed, I'm guessing.

The ac/heater was the best 👌 refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker with keurig coffee in room. The cable had all the channels I would normally watch and plenty of movies. Hotel serves breakfast grab what you want and you can even make waffles. Plenty of shopping in this area and plenty of restaurants.

Everthing was good at hotel the only thing I didn't like was the laundry room. On the 4th floor beside elevator small glassed in room with small washer and dryer. Waiting for clothes to wash and dry no where to sit.

The staff are amazing. We checked in so late that we needed to extend the reservation another night and the front desk was happy to accommodate. The room was clean and there was breakfast.

Because we had to extend the stay another night, we had to change the room type due to availability. We ended up with two queen beds instead of a king, and the bed we chose to sleep in had a worn-out mattress. As in you can feel it sink in the middle, and my back was screaming by the morning.

The hotel was neat and clean and secure.. a little too secure on my end of the building as the outside door card reader was not working so I had to walk in and out of the front door but I liked my car parked around by my room.

Yeah I didn't like the price. It was too high. I can understand paying $150-175 a night but with everything included it was upwards of 230 for a night... I was unfortunately canceled at my other location due to renovation at the last minute so I was in a situation.

Location. Very clean hotel.

The room I chose was for mobility access. When you entered the room there was an area that would accommodate a walker or wheelchair straight across the room, that was it. The only chair was a desk chair with wheels. The shower seat was on the bathroom floor and had to figure out how to put it together. Part of the room wasn’t finished, and there seemed that some of the hotel was still unfinished.

The location you can't beat. Yes, you can hear the highway traffic, however I don't mind that at all. My room was small, although nice. The cleaning crew was wonderful.

It's too expensive for what you get. That's my only complaint. My room had a broken iron plate, meaning the ragged chip in the plate will absolutely tear any fabric if the person isn't aware of the issue. My stay was approximately 20 days and I do iron my outfit every day. I took this iron to the front desk and the receptionist said she'd, " ...have them change it." After an 8 hour work day and no change I retrieved the broken iron from the front counter where she told me ," ... put it there." This person was the only person at the hotel who was top performing.

The room was spotless and well maintained. The grounds were very well taken care of. I didn't eat breakfast or use any special services. The housekeeping staff were all super nice and helpful, even tho, in some instances, we didn't understand one another we made it work and they were always smiling.

Front desk staff seemed like it was an inconvenience to help with little things, such as extra towels for the room. One of the front desk staff that was working in the evening acted as tho she was being bothered and finally, she gave my daughter 2 towels that were very damp. We weren't even sure if they were clean.

The room was very clean. The hard surfaces make apparent the room is clean. The staff was very good, helpful, friendly, attentive, accommoative. The translucent screen on the window was not attached, but the blackout shade worked fine. Did not request service, or report the issue. Otherwise all was well. Will stay again. Recommended.

Clean hotel & good location. Breakfast area too small with the number of tables needed. Comfortable bed & nice bedding. Towels a bit skimpy and mine were not fully dry - still damp. I was praying they were washed but not thoroughly dry before putting out. Loved having a comfortable chair with good reading light. Bath amenities were nice.

Staff was clearly overworked. Not enough people. Amazed at the line at check in but the ladies behind the desk were calm & efficient while taking care if clients in front of them & handling the phones. Breakfast in a.m. was handled by 1 highly efficient gentleman. There were not enough tables as they were being used in front of front desk check in area to keep people from being too close to guests. You don't treat your guests this way. There are numerous ways to prevent people from being up close to front desk. The hotel itself was more than fine for a 1 night stay. Have to say also front desk person in a.m kept busy trying to handle front desk and trying to help out the breakfast gentleman. The staff was trying to provide a good guest experience.
