I got the Superior King Bed Nonsmoking room. Comfortable bed, large and clean room, kind staff, quiet, everything was working, large desk in the room, microwave and fridge, lots of storage, big TV in the room, tons of outlets, great wifi. Overall great value and great for if you just need someone to sleep for a couple of nights. It’s also in a very convenient area with tons of shopping and food right across the street.

The walls and carpets, especially in the lobby, hallways, and elevator, are dated and shows wear and tear. The walls in the room also appear old with some paint chips and such, but the floor was clean. It smells a little musty in the elevator, I think because they allow pets. There’s no room service or housekeeping, which was annoying when i had only decaf coffee in my room and had to go down and get regular coffee. However, everything that matters (bed, bathroom, the room in general) were much nicer than you’d expect and perfectly good enough for a restful night’s sleep.

The location was excellent, easily accessible to the city and highway, with plenty of parking space and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, always seemed happy to speak with me, and answered any and all questions I had during my stay.

In our first room there was mold on the bathroom wall next to the shower, but thankfully the staff transferred us to another room which was perfectly clean.

The bed was comfy the rooms were clean the AC was cold in the rooms the shower water was hot. Mini fridge microwave coffee pot room safe and iron. The parking lot was well lighted.was on the backside near 75 didn't hear the traffic

The door to our room was super hard to shut The Lobby was super hot the hall ways were super warm and no complimentary breakfast. However none of these are deal breakers and I still stay here alot. Just figured they might be deal breakers for some.

Allow pets at no extra charges. Comfortable beds, large shower head plenty of hot water. Microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker in room. In the morning the hotel had fresh coffee by office also.

My room smelled like dog but placed a air freshener stick on air vent. Pool needed to be cleaned. Leaves and dirt in water. Soda machine did not work, out of order.

the room was very comfortable, however the bed should have been slightly higher at the headboard (personal preference) the staff put me in a nice quiet part of the building which I was grateful for

not much negative to report maybe the ice machine was a little far away

Perfect location for the event I was attending. And near a favorite restaurant. Super clean. Great looking pool but I forgot to bring a suit. Next time. Great location. Quiet. I requested top floor as I always do. So great tree view and big windows with good curtains for a dark sleeping room.. Very near Archer, the road to everything ... shopping, restaurants, entertainment. And not far from UF facilities. Slept super well.

Liked everything. I didn't have time to view any TV on the big screen. Nor did I use fridge or microwave but glad to know they have it.

Room, bed, and bath clean. Air conditioner works well. Iron, hair dryer in bathroom. Good free wifi service. As you know, only use if you have a VPN. Friendly staff at front desk. Walking distance to fast food restaurants. Pet friendly. One 80 lb dog allowed. We requested two small dogs and they agreed.

Needs better lighting in the parking lot. In room coffee was pretty bad. Depends on one's taste. No automatic daily cleaning and fresh linens.

The location was nice it was very close and convenient for food and shopping it was very close to the hospital I was visiting my love one in it’s very close to the university it was very stay

The pool was closed the whole time I was there, there’s no beach close

Very clean, good spacious rooms. Staff really friendly. Our son has autism and can have melt downs. Our daughter is a typical 1 and 1/2 year old. No complaints from anyone. Everyone very understanding. Rooms cleaned daily. Fresh towels as needed. Fridge and microwave available in room. Tv was able to have our fire stick hooked up to it so the kids could watch there cartoons. Good pool area.

Beds a little hard for me. But my husband thought they was very comfortable.

So much better than my expectations. Could have been a Marriott or Hilton, but at a bargain price. Clean, elevator building, quiet, great location - on “hotel row” right off the highway. Great for road trippers.

Would have appreciated real milk at the lobby coffee bar, not powdered stuff.
