Springhill Suites Jacksonville

We really liked the room: very spacious, clean, and had extra things in the kitchen we weren't expecting. It was very comfortable for our family of five and could have accommodated the sixth member of our family. The receptionist was very friendly and patient.

We were hoping for a better view. Given the high level quality of the hotel, we were expecting a much better breakfast. It seemed a bit generic for this level. When we needed extra towels, we had to go downstairs to get them ourselves.

The price was very reasonable! The staff were all very nice and accommodating. VERY CLEAN. The pool and hot tub were very clean also. And breakfast in the mornings was great. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The only thing I didn't care for was how little room we had when pulling out the sofa bed, but still, it was manageable and there were 6 of us.

The location was excellent! There were so many stores/restaurants in the area. Some were in walking distance of the hotel. There was free parking and you were able to find a park. The hotel had an excellent breakfast. The staff was pleasant. The time we stayed was amazing. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Everything!!! The whole strip had so much to offer with different bars, restaurants,entertainment, and attractions. The beach drive being a short 15mins was a plus. The front desk staff was so welcoming and joyful. Breakfast was HOT and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and the sleep I had felt like I was floating. Best sleep ever, even with 4kids.

Loved the large space with separate living room area. It was very clean and that was a relief since we were traveling with a mobile toddler. A/C worked great. Hot breakfast was tasty. Staff looked and acted happy which directly reflects on management and in turn on the great job staff is doing. Would absolutely stay there again!

Breakfast in the AM without having to cook or leave our hotel was AMAZING!! The kids really enjoyed being able to come downstairs to get their day started with a hot breakfast (definitely needs a toaster added). I LOVED the location to all the shopping, movie theatre and bowling!! We never even left the area to have all our accommodations met and prepare for that trip to the "beach". My grandkids did not want to leave lol. P.S. They loved the mini-pool ---HOT TUB!!! We definitely will pass along our great experience with you to our family & friends.

I really liked the whole atmosphere of the location, and the breakfast was nice also. They just need to use bigger cups for the guests to drink from.

The toilet kept making noise once it was flushed. The wash needs to be replaced in order to stop it from running and making noise.

The staff they were the best. Treated us like family. They we're top notch. I would love to have employees like them. Did not have one bad interaction with anyone of Springhill staff. I hope that Springhill management appreciates their employees as much as we did. Thank you So much

The pool could have been bigger and had a deeper end to it so the kids could dive and do flips into pool maybe a zero entry into pool.

Great breakfast options! Nice size suites

No exhaust fan in the bathroom, not ideal when sharing with 3 ppl. & they need a rug/mat by the back entrance when u come bk in from the pool so ppl don’t slip. They also need to add a slippery when wet sign in case someone does fall, they won’t be liable.

I loved the mattresses. Bathroom was nice and facility was clean. Front desk Staff was amazing.

I wish you would have had eggs, bacon and waffles at breakfast. Maybe a more luxurious pool...
