The front desk staff was super nice and friendly. Also another staff member showed us how to turn the knob to access the gym and other secured areas. He exalted, "I love my job", when we thanked him for his assistance. Most staff members we saw were really nice. Checking in and out of the hotel was super easy. The rooms were a really nice size and the location was spot on. There were a lot of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Parking was not a hassle. It's a great location with great staff. The breakfast was really good. I liked that they switched up the buffet items daily.

The staff member that is over the breakfast area. She had an attitude every morning during our entire stay. She was not helpful when we had questions about different things, such as plastic eating utensils. We actually had to defer to the front desk staff, who eagerly got us a supervisor that answered our questions about the breakfast area and its affiliated items.

My family and I were staying in Jacksonville to visit the University of North Florida for a college tour. Maria and Telissa made it extra special for us. My teens were hungry when we got to the hotel at 10 pm. and Maria helped them get some cereal to tie them over until morning since the nearby restaurants were closed early on a Sunday night. Each morning she came out of her way to greet us with a beautiful smile and wish us a good morning! The next day after our visit to the university, we came back and we were eating lunch at a table in the lobby and Telissa brought over some delicious, right out of the oven, fresh cookies. Maria and Telissa are assets to your company which we want to express our appreciation for their kindness and making our stay memorable!

The rooms was very clean and the food was good.

I booked the room with a spa tub and when I arrived the room wasn’t ready and it was available. J had to get another room. Then the room she give me I get upstairs to the room and someone else is in there. Then the girl lies and say I gave you room 603 when she clear gave us room 608 cause she wrote it in the card paper

Exceptionally friendly staff that went above and beyond! Hotel was beautiful, with a cozy outdoor fire pit area. Beds were very comfortable and toiletries were awesome. Hotel is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Breakfast in the morning was a FULL breakfast, something for everyone :)

It was all great!

The location was most important to me because of the event that we were attending. It was close to everything like restaurants, gas stations and shopping. You could walk if you wanted to.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that they allowed pets. From my experience people tend to not follow the rules regarding the pets.

My checking was 3pm I got there 8am from New York driving and they gave me my room right away 🙃 I was so haply I thought I was gonna stay up awake till 3pm or sleep in my car ,but they made it so easy and fast. The breakfast was great, and the location was exactly what we were looking for. The room was large, the bed comfortable, and the Jetted tub was perfect!!

Everything was great with the exception of the Guests partying loudly on the patio area four floors below our room at 2:00 AM. Since it was near the front desk, I feel it should have been noticed and stopped.

Fantastic location for my purposes. Lots of places to eat nearby, and easy access to Southside Blvd, JTB, I-95 and I-295. Fire pit was wonderful on a chilly night, and complimentary breakfast in the morning was yummy. Oh yeah, free parking.

Had a little trouble getting my TV/remote working, but staff quickly resolved after my request.

Room was clean and up to date. We stayed in a king studio with a kitchenette, table with an office chair, sofa snd king size bed. Only compliant is the toilet is very low., which can make it hard for anyone tall with bad knees to get up from. The breakfast was good with eggs, sliced kielbasa sausage, homestyle potatoes, muffins, bread and bagels for toasting, oatmeal, coffee, juices, milk and wrapped apples. All of the staff was friendly! Property is close to restaurants and the St Johns Town Center.

We liked that it was close to UNF but also walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Breakfast was included but First Watch was across the street. Great bonus for us! Love going there for breakfast. There's a small cozy pool on site but also cozy sitting areas and a fire pit as well for lounging around outdoors. Lobby is well appointed and so was our room. It had just what you needed for hanging clothes, plus drawers and a generous stand for your suitcase. A small refrigerator and coffee maker were also in the room but it was just as easy to grab a free cup of coffee in the lobby. Especially since I sent my spouse to run that errand. Staff super friendly as well.

No complaints here.
