Springhill Suites by Marriott West Palm Beach I-95

I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. They went above and beyond. I had some packages sent to the hotel before I arrived and they took great care to keep them in a locked closet for me until I arrived. They also wrote a kind note to my son who was about to move into the dorm at a nearby college, wishing him good-luck along with a bag of candy! Who does that?! I was so impressed that they spoke so kindly to everyone who passed the front desk. Also, another note: the breakfast was great! Hot food, plenty of options, waffle maker.

The location of this hotel is in a cluster of hotels off of I-95. It was a couple exits down from any kind of shopping. Far from the downtown. It felt safe because of the cluster of hotels, but right down the street is a Walmart with boarded up windows. There is literally nothing else around. No options for food, etc.

The rooms very comfortable

The breakfast the waffle maker made all your waffle stick you couldn't even eat them then they serve turkey sausage I get it but have a variety of other than turkey sausage for people who don't eat turkey sausage the eggs are okay it's just a poor selection of overall either do a continental only breakfast or do a meat and egg breakfast like most of the other competitors do you have omelets sausage bacon biscuits gravy

We stayed 17 nights and were very happy with everything. Had our whole family (5 with a 1 yr old)in the one suite and had a great stay. Room was clean. Staff was outstanding and extremely helpful at all times night and day. Had handle break in toilet but steve - at front desk replaced it personally within 15 minutes. Steve was awesome- always ready and willing to help in anyway. We’ll definitely come back!

only thing wrong was that no breakfast other than a small bag with a little stuff in it. reason was due to covid no complaints here though. Didnt change how our stay was

Easy to get to. Staff was very pleasant. Always greeted us when we came in and gave towels when needed no problem. Breakfast was great but they don’t play 9:30 breakfast is DONE they didn’t refill at 9:15 anything either since close to 9:30 I assume

Wish the lady would’ve refreshed room each day but didn’t even come in and clean or give new towels :(

We booked this hotel last minute as our intended Airbnb fell through. The price was definitely worth the value considering the amazing breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms and ease of check in/check out with the staff

When we checked in, no information was given on breakfast/check out/where the lift was…basic info that in our experience is standard when checking in but not a big deal. We just asked the questions!

everything was nice and clean. the breakfast had a lot of variety and the staff was very friendly. parking was available close to the entrance and the location was perfect for the places we visited.

The only thing we found wrong was the comfort of the beds and sofa bed. we only stood 1 night and I don't think we would have been able to sleep another night.

The location very close to Rapids Water Park where we were going The beds were super comfortable and cozy the breakfast was good!

in the breakfast would have loved to see the sausage patties by themselves and not already inside a bun as the only option to have them and would have loved to see scrambled eggs in addition or instead to/of the boiled ones

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The easy check in process was smooth, the hotel and room was magnificent. My overall experience was top notch.

The entrance of the hotel was only one way and confusing

My stay was good but I wasn’t happy about the people in the room next to me. It looked like they came up as a whole party of kids and adults and they were very loud and banging on walls. I had to call front desk and it didn’t change much for a while. I just feel that when the hotel sees a big party of people checking in they should be out somewhere in the hotel there’s nobody right next to them so everyone can be happy. But overall it was nice other than that.
