Courtyard Miami Dadeland

The staff was remarkably friendly and professional. Every person I interacted with was pleasant and went out of their way to make my stay great.

It’s a little tricky to locate because of where it’s tucked in—and my maps app was a bit confused. Because the driveway is small, it can get a little crowded in peak hours. But the valet staff is prompt and excellent!

The location was my favorite part, although it is close with the room itself as it was so sleek and beautiful, but the location was a couple minutes away to the mall while WALKING, which was so great and the area itself was just fantastic.

I didn't really have any complaints at all, it ended up being an absolutely lovely experience and I would absolutely recommend to others. The staff were great, attentive, and the room was absolutely lovely.

The breakfast was surprisingly good, and there were a number of choices which were made freshly in the kitchen, just like home. . The staff was warm and gracious as well.

We would have liked more coffe/tea and paper cups for the coffee machine. However, when there was a problem, or need for something (like clean towels), a staff member brought it immediately.

Staff was great, location excellent (walking distance to publix and many restaurants). Property clean, nice pool and Jacuzzi. Recommend balcony room. Only con is that you must valet park your car. This gets expensive and you can not freely access your own vehicle.

How incredibly clean the facilities and the room were and how nice these staff was.

That I booked a room with a Jacuzzi a week before I arrived and once I got there dark out there it was not available also that the hot tub that's actually on the premises outside by the pool closes at 7 o'clock! Thats way too early for people too enjoy.

good location

The air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Advised the front desk and all they did was have someone come to the room and turn it off. We complained about it on two occasions with the same result. Just turned it off. Also, we had breakfast at the little place in the lobby which wasn’t very good.

The overall stay at the Courtyard Miami Dadeland was very good. The Staff was very pleasant and professional. The room was clean and have a nice balcony as requested.

The tub had poor drainage but it was addressed as soon as we informed the staff.

That it is centrally located 👌🏻And there is Public at walking distance and the mall literally accros the street and many shops around !

The AC in the room was freezing and although we had a technician come check it! It was still too cold ! And the box on the wall did not control the unit ! Breakfast should be included !

All was pleasant and comfortable. Both Daniella's were exceptional. Awesome time and will be back next time I am in Miami.

In room microwave would be nice as we had to keep going to the lobby to use one. Loved the room and location.

The size of the room was a surprise. Very beautiful, and a good location with restaurants within walking distance. The grocery store next door actually worked out perfect for preparing to fly back home as well.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable, but it is only because we typically sleep on a firm mattress and this was very soft.
