Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Dolphin Mall

Location is excellent, with food and shopping within walking distance. Relatively new building, well-kept. There's a limited hot breakfast bar, useful for people on the run.

I received emails confirming my request not to have a connecting room. Upon check-in without me knowing it, I was assigned a connecting room. Luck would have it that there was a child crying until midnight on the second night there. There are four computers at the business center, none of them work. The very young front desk clerks didn't care when I mentioned it, and did not offer a solution. For a person traveling for work, it might not be the best choice.

The rooms were well appointed and clean. Breakfast was varied so you had options everyday but I miss the afternoon repasts that used to be offered. Location is central and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful and made check in and check out very easy.

I missed the afternoon repasts that used to be offered. The menu of the restaurant is not diverse enough so visitors don't feel inclined to eat there and instead order in or go to the mall. Most of the housekeeping staff do not speak English so communicating what you need is difficult; but you can go to reception and they will definitely take care of you.

is a nice clean friendly hotel except of some front desk staff. Restaurant food was awesome. we had dinner every night.

The front desk staff(not all of them)more friendly. its like they work with faces. I think when you look rich you get a better service. I am not rich nor poor . That 's the reason we choose for Hilton. to have a better stay. the house keeping staff is friendly more than the front desk staff

Clean Hotel. Nearby Dolphin Mall.

A bit too busy at the reception cause incheck of both hotels are at one desk, incheck time should be 3.00pm. The door where the guests should walk to take the lift at the Homewood Suites is too small and does not open automatic which is very annoying when you bring luggage in and out. I missed a studio where I could work on a computer and print. The guests have to be reminded that the rooms will not be cleaned everyday. Overall a good hotel some points need to be looked better at. We had a good stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. The location was great, far from the noisy areas. Breakfast was enjoyable for US standards, with some variety. Well equipped gym and entertainment area. The on-site convenient shop was great.

Lack of towels in the pool area. Having to find things for yourself instead of a brief orientation. Seating capacity at the breakfast was a challenge. Soundproofing between rooms seemed suspect.

Great location, Amazing front desk staffs, spacious room, cozy bed. there is a coffee bar next to the reception and there is a shopping mall near by in which you will find outlets of all the major brands and they have indoor and outdoor food courts where you will find a lot of food options. Break fast was ok, limited options but well arranged and the staffs serving the breakfast area was really helpful.

elevators are taking more time to respond. needs to review the floor programming.

It was very good, the venue was comfortable and also I like the hours it lasted for. We didn’t had to rush for breakfast like I have experience in previous hotels.

I have to say that it was four of us including one child, and house keeping only leave the towel however when you request additional it is delivered almost immediately so no major problems.

The location was good for the price. The hotel was near highways and travel to other places was easy without traffic or red lights. Free parking was great and there were always spaces. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options. The room was spacious for 2 people, but not much for 3. We stayed in 8th floor and water pressure was good. While some of the staff were helpful while others were not or did not even speak English. Wi-Fi coverage and speed were good.

The photos of the room we booked showed a separate bedroom with a door, while the room actually did not have this. Reception staff told that they were aware of this problem but it was not resolved by the time we booked, so we had to contend with a smaller and less private room.

I like all staff remembers, I ate breakfast one time the vegetable eggs were the bomb also the hashbrowns. my stay was wonderful all packages i have order were given to me on time. I would definitely stay again.

The only thing i did not like was the parking, when coming in late at night or during the early morning time.

The staff were very nice and kind . The room was very clean, and everyday I got clean towels. The lighting was oke. The breakfast was delicious and also the staff were there to help you if needed. The Hotel was at walking distance from Dolphin Mall. So all by all a great experience
