Comfort Suites Miami

The hotel was excellent for my family. It was not just comfortable but clean as well. The breakfast that was included was great as well. We were given a room on the first floor, which happened to be bigger than most rooms we would get at any hotel. The staff was nice. In addition, the location was good. I would definitely consider coming back to this hotel and at other locations.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. Maybe a shuttle bus service to and from hotel would have been good.

It was a one night stay arriving from the airport. The hotel is convenient, the bed is comfortable, the room was clean. breakfast is included and you have the choice (juice, yogourt, eggs, waffles, toast and of course coffee/tea). There is no restaurants but you can easily buy treats and beverage if needed. We did not try the pool nor the gym. Parking in front of the hotel.

Too much plastic everywhere : plastic knives/spoons in a plastic bag, plastic glasses , bagels in a plastic bag And you have to throw everything (no recycling) Very small pieces of butter We were at the 2nd floor and could not find the stairs to go up and down (what if there is a fire?) we had to take the lift, not very healthy

The hotel met the expectations, the room has a good size, ammenities are ok, there is a microwave oven and a coffee machine in the room. The bed is large and comfortable. Good quality trousseau. Continental breakfast, I didn't miss anything. There is a parking lot if you need.

The hotel is not new and has carpet so it has some musty smell. Shower has a low pressure. The coffee room is very busy, so the tables need to be cleaned. The location is not the best, it is on the highway and has no restaurants, shops, pharmacies close by. You can't do anything by walking. I would recommend if you have commitments around. Important to remark that due to pandemic rooms are not being cleaned, but they are available if you need anything.

My king suite was simply amazing. THE MOST SPACIOUS ROOM along with the numerous amenities clearly beats the competition at this price point. I'll DEFINITELY stay at Comfort Suites again. Iron, ironing board, wooden clothes hangers, hair dryer, etc. are provided and are all good quality. Love the small in-room refrigerator and microwave oven. Coffee maker and coffees/teas tasted very good and were wrapped sanitarily along with both paper AND plastic cups. So glad a bathtub rubber mat is provided. Towels are plentiful, soft, absorbent, and good quality. Super in-room lighting and control. Nice-sized desk, sofa, and in-room square footage. Multi-layer, blackout curtains and sheers are easy to open and close. Did not lack for any convenience item in my room save for robe and slippers. Nice, large, in-room lock box fits most laptop sizes. Great Samsung TV with cable TV and many channels provided. Remote control was very intuitive and easy to use. The most numerous and spacious storage drawers compared to competitors. Plenty of 110 volt AC and USB charging ports throughout the room are a huge plus. HVAC window unit always functioned perfectly and was easy to regulate. Lots of pillows provided for king bed. Great breakfast buffet set up. Clean facilities with all items like wrapped cups, wrapped utensils, and single-serve sugar/creamers good for sanitary compliance. Good quality paper items like nice, large napkins. Four Juice choices available from one dispenser were excellent. Yoghurt choices good. So happy milk and reduced-fat milk half-pints were available from the fridge. Waffles were my favorite. I did not have a chance to try the swimming pool here. Staff were always courteous, friendly, and accommodating. This hotel is the BEST at this price point!

Wish the king mattress was firmer. Breakfast buffet food item variety choices were OK but should also include a hot, breakfast meat item. Would love to find bacon, sausages, and/or ham to go with waffles. Sad not to find any egg dishes.

Large room, very clean, very quiet.

The price was very expensive for the quality level of the hotel. Breakfast was minimal and not good quality. Staff at the front desk was occasionally a bit short-tempered. It was far from the city center and the airport.

Once again I used this site and once again, very satisfied. I returned not for convenience of location, rather because they were very nice when my father was ill and I was desperately looking for a place to stay near his hospital. So of course, each time I visit Miami I stay here. Thank you to the manager and staff who are always very nice.

We liked the room overall. It was very big. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. There are lots of spaces for free parking, and also restaurants, markets and gas stations around.

Breakfast room was so crowded that some people had to wait in line to be seated. The carpet was not quite clean.

The room is big with a sofa. Nice lobby. Good breakfast with daily variation.

Need the card to exit the swimming pool, which is not convenient and opposite to other hotels. The young man at the front desk was not friendly and helpful.

Convenient to my destination. Despite of the minor maintenance issues, I would definitely stay again. Staff was prompt to fix issue.

The water did not drain out properly during shower and a/c did not cool properly during the 90° weather.

From check in thru my stay staff very friendly and professional great customer service from the front desk to the housekeeper! As a house king operation manager the cleanliness of place was great kudos!!! To all I will recommend to all my friends thank you for all you do!
