This is the first hotel I've stayed in Miami that had a very friendly and helpful staff - thank you for that. I will definitely be back when I visit Miami again. The room was a great size, the kitchen was excellent, big fridge, I was happy with the hotel facilities

I liked everything, staff was very helpful. The business centre printer didn't work but the receptionist lady offered me to print my stuff at reception. Great service. If I really want to nitpick then breakfast could have been a bit more varieties.

I always stay in this hotel when I'm in Miami. I appreciate that it's an 'older' style hotel, but the size of the room is great, it's clean, I love the kitchen facilities and the staff is very helpful.

I usually use the hotel gym for some cardio, and the gym here is very tiny, only 3 cardio machines and I think 1 pair of dumbells, so maybe the gym could be a bit bigger.

i really liked the kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms.

There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like about the property except for the women that worked up front the day we were leaving we asked her if we could stay another night and she yelled at my husband and said no, no more its booked. She could of been respectful and nice about it and she didn’t have to yell at him. we had to find another hotel to stay in for another night.

I love my room that they give me it was wonderful. And it was on the first floor that i requested. When ever i come back i would like that same room again please.

Your need new washers and dryers. None of them are working and it is not fair to me who pay all that money to stay there. My room was 111 and they need more big pots, can opener that works the whole kitchen utensil is very important.

Our two bedroom suite was clean, the beds were soft and the hotel is in close proximity to everywhere we wanted to go. The front desk staff were amazing. There was one morning that we went for breakfast and we were informed that the food would be coming out late. With no questions asked we were offered a discounted rate on that night’s stay which was returned to my card the same day. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

I loved the kitchen - that was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel as I prepare all my food. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was happy with everything. I had to print a few pages off, tried to use the business centre but we couldn't get the printer work. However the receptionist lady offered me to print it off at reception.

The swimming pool was clean.

The breakfast served pork everyday and didn’t offer another meat substitution. Needs a better variety for breakfast items.

Location for the event attended. Size of room. Breakfast was good.

The 5 roaches discovered in the kitchen & bathroom. Screaming kids in the hallway in the evening. Building was hard to find at night because of darkness.

staff are excellent, location and stay well worth price paid

narrow parking slots this be city standard. now people mostly SUV and trucks parking slot should be enough wide easy side door opening

My room was clean and nice I left a little note to room attendant, thanks for her service whit tips $10. I hope to be there for my vacations next year. 🥰

The breakfast was poor. No regular coffee the room and tables was dirty the room is too small. Sorry but it is the truth.
