I liked the Oatmeal breakfast and the cleanliness of the room and the staff who are always supportive and location is near to many places (restaurants, malls and office)

nothing as specific may be its not about dislike but a suggestion to have more options in breakfast and also run the coffee 24x7 instead of only during breakfast time

The property was very clean and the staff was nice. It wasn’t crowded and the location was nice! We stayed on the 6th floor in a corner room. The pictures posted on here does not serve the room justice. The room was huge and beautiful. Lots of seating and space.

The room was so big they could’ve easily placed a kitchenette in the dining room area. The mini fridge should be moved from the bathroom to that area as well . A counter , small sink and micro wave is NEEDED for a room that big. Not having a microwave was completely unacceptable, even motels have microwaves in their rooms. It’s inconveniently located in the lobby where they do not even serve a complementary breakfast. And maybe a rack or something in the shower? I had to place my personal belongings on the shower floor. That really bothered me.

The pool is big, heated and available from 6am until 11pm. Beds are comfy, room is big and clean. Outdoor parking is available and easy to find, however there is no one to watch the cars. We haven't had any issues but I wouldn't leave anything in the car just in case. There is a bar serving burgers which is walkable distance, but aside from that you'd have to drive to get anywhere (although hotels have restaurants but that depends on your budget)

I don‘t know if that was only during my stay, but having only one elevator in operation for a hotel this size is not a good thing to do. There is a second elevator however, so the issue must be taken care of by now…

Rooms are stylish, modern and of an acceptable size; location is out in the boonies (which I knew), but if you have a car or want to use Uber, most places incl SoBe are a 30-40mins drive away; pool area is small, but functional and has a couple of comfy daybeds (the pool area is in the shade until around 10-11am). Staff is disengaged and mildly disinterested, but polite and helpful enough. Overall value is ok, I came on short notice during spring break, so given the soaring prices everywhere in the city, it was a decent deal

Just a few small things - the shower is leaking into the bathroom and the water never gets hot enough; I asked to replace towels on the 3rd day - and they did replace them, however only half, so had to go find my own via reception desk; I asked for housekeeping on the 4th day and they never showed up (to be fair they did the day after and were apologetic, seems to have been an honest mistake). Bed wasn't as comfortable as that in other Aloft hotels for some reason, though of course that's a matter of personal preference

Hotel was centrally located. Room was comfortable and central air conditioning worked really well. The shower was nice and clean and towels were of good quality.

The shower gel/conditioner/shampoo bottles in the shower were empty. I brought my own so not a problem. The phone did not work and there was no continental breakfast or credit. With the cost of the room, this should be standard.

Every that was materialistic was fine.

The staff was very rude. I checked out by 12pm and the staff was trying to charge me $50 dollars to stay four more hours even though she seen me leave. They wouldn’t bring us anymore clean towels. When I left they called me on my cell phone and asked if I still needed towels this was at like 1 pm even though I was gone by 12Pm. I have charges on my card where this hotel has attempted multiple times to get anywhere from $15 - $92.55 off my card in extra charges. I will never be returning to aloft hotels at all or Booking.com if this issue is not resolved correctly.

The employees were very nice.

The shower leaked really bad and the water never got hot.

I like that it was near the wedding venue. I like that it was very comfortable a nice place away from home

I didn’t like that breakfast was not with my reservations because that’s what I was told in the beginning

Great location. Very nice people. comfortable room. Free parking. Close to the Malls. Clean.

I think it was a little bit over the average. There was no telephone in the room. We requested several times but was never solved. No Airpoirt or Malls shuttle.
