Bahama Bay Resort - Near Disney

Location was nice and the amenities were great!! Lots to do! Several pools, hot tubs, "beach" area with hammocks and ping pong, volleyball, basketball, shuffle board, karaoke on the weekends. Food at restaurant was also really good and not overly priced. Property supervisor (Stephanie I think) was absolutely wonderful!! She helped move us to a ground floor unit when I thought we were gonna be stuck.

No elevators!! This wouldn't be awful had I known upfront that there were not any elevators. We were being put on the 3rd floor (which this unit was huge!! With more amenities than the unit we got moved to) main problem was I had my grandmother with us that would have been grounded to the room as she is handicapped and could not make the 4 sets of steps on a daily basis. Calling Vacasa and the property, nobody could help me, which was very frustrating. So we started on the 3rd floor until a Supervisor from the property (I think her name was Stephanie) called and helped us move to a ground floor unit.

Very roomy. The beach front pools were beautiful the whole place was beautiful

Temp in room could not go any lower than 72, bed in main bedroom very firm and our washer didn't work but through booking.com I thought I was going into a 3 bedroom booking some jpw switched it to a 2 bedroom. Very disappointed in booking

I always love the comfort of their homes. We always come to this location periodically for vacation. Everything is close and convenient.

Only issue is that the pools don’t stay open long enough for the money we pay. They need to consider moving the time because most of us enjoy the jacuzzi at night. Where we live there are no beaches so when we visit we do want to enjoy the pool.

There was plenty of room for our family of 6. We enjoyed all the amenities too.

The property was close to everything we needed. it was very spacious and clean. The pools were not overly crowded. It was a very peaceful setting with wonderful places to walk.

The mattresses definitely need to be updated. The kitchen had no dish clothes or towels. Replacements for trashbags would have been nice to have on hand.

the late check in. being on the 3rd floor with no elevator then the fact they painted the steps in front of our 3rd floor apartment and we had to walk all the way to the other end to use those ones for 3 days. definitely got a work out on vacation.

We loved the clean, comfortable and beautiful room. the property was amazing. It was clean, well kept and the staff was amazing. My mom worked at a hotel for Manny years I. the Caribbean Island of St. Lucia. She was amazed at how clean the room was. I will recommend Bahama Bay anytime to.my friends and strangers. Thank you all for making our family vacation an amazing one.

I loved the resort. The location was great. The property was gated with so many activities. I liked seeing the natural wildlife. And the apartments were beautiful and stocked with everything we needed.

I didn’t like that the ac would cut off at night. It made my sinuses go crazy which caused me to not sleep so well.

All of the staff was very friendly including the waiter and waitress at Tradewinds.

There is nothing that we didn't like about the rental. We loved everything.
