Comfort Suites Palm Bay - Melbourne

The room was such a great size, and the shades on windows kept out the lights. It was so clean...I need the service to come to my house!! The beds were comfortable. The front desk people were very friendly and inviting. I didnt use any of the amenities. The breakfast was rather good, better than I expected. It seemed fresher than most places that have similar set up. The water temperature was sooo hot and sooo great!! I hope I get to stay here again soon!!

I had wished the shower was a walk in shower for my husband who has bad hip, hard to get in shower/tub, I thought the accessible room would have that kind of shower.

I enjoyed the room and the front desk person when I checked in was so pleasant and welcoming that I felt very welcomed. She is the type of person that companies should have in customer service. She told me her name but it escapes me now. I checked at around 1500 or so

I enjoyed the room I was in however the bathroom door on the bathroom side had a big hole in it looked like someone had punched it with their fist the shower head and controls needs replacing or upgrading there is paint chipped off the wall in the bedroom. SATURDAY night my neighbor room 204? Started screaming like a wild person 9pm and again at 11pm this time he was in the hallway and beating on the walls. That's not the hotels fault be it was a bad experience.

Everything other than wifi. My security showed you have malware and I recommend having someone fix it as soon as possible. Very dangerous. Other than that, I absolutely adored this place and every single employee. They were beyond great to me and I would go out of my just to chat with them before I left everyday. Please praise them for their amazing attitudes and professionalism. Every single one of your employees went above and beyond. And I will be back. Please let me know if there’s a business discount I can get, as I travel a lot as self employed. Thank you so much.

Wifi definately has malware on it. Please fix it. I have security although some don’t and I don’t want your employees, guests, or system to get infected.

Close proximity for me to travel to places. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Accessible and ample parking. Spacious King suite. Staff were extremely friendly.

Ice maker on our floor was not working. Elevator was very slow, under maintenance and shut down one elevator. No bags in sundry shop had to balance all the items going up to my unit. Breakfast area had limited options (i.e., not enough hot items (bacon and eggs) set out, people immediately went for it, had to wait for re-fill/re-supply) Waffle maker was limited (only one machine) again, had to wait in line of 3-4 people rest of food got cold.

I was expecting a full line breakfast instead the above average continental breakfast. Although the server was extremely kind and helpful. She ensured the area was spotless. I loved the location being in walking distance to fill all my needs.

Hallway carpet smelled and need replacing. Also the exterior from the back door to the poo; area was stained with residuals. The door wasn't terrible bad but rattled when closing which left me a little insecure.

The breakfast was good, but when you stay for 7 days, it seemed rather monotonous. The staff was very courteous. The carpet and furnishings need to be updated.

The breakfast needs to include more of a variety of items to eat. Maybe adding hash browns or grits in addition to the eggs and bacon. Overall, it was good.

Staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. From front desk, to housekeeping to various others that I met in the hall, they greeted us with smiles and offers of assistance. The room had a great charging station on the night stand that was designed for multiple devices. Great for our crew!

Parking was a bit of an issue. There were several boaters and one work truck with trailer that took up multiple spaces, leaving others to have to park in adjacent business' parking lot.

The breakfast was more than adequate for our needs and the lovely lady who oversaw the cooking and general area was really friendly and kind.

Not much - it was all good. Perhaps wooden silverware instead of single use plastic items might help encourage more recycling.

Hotel stay was due to bereavement and many miles of travel. The front desk made accommodations for an early check-in. Greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately, I had to change the room due to a very noisy AC Unit. We tried to block it out but became unbearable after about 24 hours and sleepless nights.

It was a wonderful experience. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and much larger than I expected. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I love the location; the location is excellent it's close to nice restaurants and shopping. This hotel would be a bargain at twice the price.
