Hyatt Place Miami Airport East

Location is very near to the airport but downtown little far… breakfast was amazing n loved it

The carpet need to be washed other than that all were ok

Room was good sized. Swimming pool good size.

Right under landing flight path for airport literally just a few hundred feet above hotel from 6am on Sunday, however Monday was reversed so had aircraft even lower taking off above hotel. Noise from road to front, poor sound insulation. First day was told by male member of staff they had no allergy info for menu other than Gluten, so we ordered in, 2nd day young lady went into kitchen and took photos of ingredient labels so we could look on her phone and decide for ourselves, had a nice lunch!

Room was spacious and clean. Even with jets constantly overhead, I could not hear anything when I put on white noise to sleep. The room was well appointed, lots of good pillows, comfy beds, blackout shades, plenty of storage. Bathroom was nice, great shower pressure and good bath products provided plus lots of towels. Pool area was nice with beautiful landscaping. Breakfast was good, even for this vegan. Granola, fruit, Tazo teas. I appreciated the beautiful Le Creuset cookware that held the scrambled eggs. Would definitely stay there again. Also fitness room was convenient.

Didn't know I'd have to pay for parking

Close to airport, easy to book a room a last minute room due to flight cancellation. Room was clean, nice sized pool, water was very clean. There is a washer/drier on the floor which was very convenient. Included breakfast which we missed so can't say much about that. Lobby doors lock at night (open only woth room key) which added extra level of security. Overall nice hotel if you have to spend the night close to airport waiting for a flight.

Other than the airport there is nothing around, no food/retail at walking distance. Due to close proximity to airport noise from planes was a bit excessive. Even though lobby doors only open with room key people can still enter when someone else opens doors as reception is on second floor and there is no one at the door to check.

Room - just right, sofas for guests, work desk and chair for an office space was ideal. Location - excellent, my flight was rebooked for 2 days in a row so this was convenient for me. Breakfast - the buffet-style service was good. Service - Friendly. Cleanliness - 100% Noise - Zero (Quiet)

Breakfast - options could have been better and brewed coffee instead of instant should have been available. In my opinion, it was sub-standard (lukewarm and limited options). Wi-Fi - disconnects downstairs at the entrance, I was trying to use the Wi-Fi downstairs at the entrance but couldn't walk beyond the foot of the stairs because I lost WiFi connectivity. Not sure about other outside areas such as the pool deck.

Hyatt Place hotel was very secured no can just walk in to the building wirh out front dest staff opening the door in which they can see the individual. It is a beaufully designed well kept property. The front desk staff are ecxrllent every is professional.Rooms areblike heaven very clean well designed great shower free Wifi, excellent lighting and they have safes , refrigerator, iron and iron bord! Really convenient.

I loved the variety of the options for breakfast. Everything from the cereal, fruit and full buffet options. The little doughnuts was very nice. The Staff was so friendly and they made me feel comfortable as I was traveling alone. Housekeeping was also very friendly. Thank you Eddie and Staff for a wonderful stay at your Hotel. Keep smiling.

Don't really have anything that I didn't like, but if I can suggest small variety yogurt cups would also work well and not only the one big plain yogurt.

The hotel is very clean and lovely. It is very close to the airport and other locations if visiting for leisure. The breakfast included was good. It was something different every morning which didn’t make it boring. The staff were quite friend and respectful. parking is $20 a day but it’s better to pay so you don’t get your car toed. very limited parking space. Luckily I came snd got the same parking space every time. They keep the pool warm which is good.

The only thing that was disappointing was when I ordered food they didn’t call back my room. they said the phone was off the hook but they could still let you know, ok come down in whatever mins the food would be ready.

The staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay satisfying. When I checked out, I left a very important item in my room. The cleaning person found me in the parking lot and ran to return it to me! 5 stars! The chocolate chip cookies were delightful. We ordered one every day during our stay. Yum! The pool was heated and clean. The pool chairs were comfortable. The breakfast had hot and cold offerings. It was basic but I appreciated that they had healthy options like boiled eggs, yogurt and fruit. All in all, a very satisfying visit.

Very limited menu. Food was just average. The restaurant next door, Grill 305, had more variety and was tastier. On a hot Miami day we had a taste for ice cream. Unfortunately, the Hyatt does not sell any and we had to leave the premises to get our ice cream fix. There are not many restaurants around and it is no picnic navigating the area, even during off peak times.

spacious room. nice breakfast. close to bus stop and easy access to downtown and Miami Beach bei taxi or bus.

payment handling is not as described at Booking.com. they charged my guarantee credit card (euro account) for the first night. if I had known it, I would have used my USD credit card. now i must pay banking charges. unnecessary loss.
