Four Points by Sheraton Miami Airport

It was modern, clean, comfortable, had everything we needed, free shuttle close to 24 hour food places for those late night arrivals, good noise control good black out.

Shower pressure wasn’t the greatest

The hotel was clean and the beds are comfortable. Walking distance to Chipotle, Duncan Donuts, McDonald's and Denny's - although for the later two you have to cross a 6 lane highway.

We waited for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and when it arrived we were told the shuttle was full and we would need to wait for the next one. When the second one arrived it was also full and we, along with several other passengers, had to stand for the duration of the trip - 30 minutes or so. This van stops at 3 hotels so there is probably never a time that the van is not full.

Hotel is quite new ( or it has a good maintenance) , 4 bottle of water included , parking is included

Tv remote control disappeared in the 2nd day of may stay . I complained to front desk but they have not replaced other one . There are EV chargers in the parking but they are holded by other hotel . No plates indicating how to pay etc . The hotel should have the same facility

I must admit, it was above my expectations. I’ve stayed at properties close to the airport but none like this! Four Points is Ace!! The location is great. There’s a restaurant on the facility. The entire place is clean!! There’s transportation available via shuttle buses. I checked in around 7:30pm on May 2nd and the Staff at front desk were so mannerly and welcoming. Very helpful and always kept a smile. I called front desk regarding the AC and within minutes Maintenance was there. But turns out it was ME who wasn’t hip to the new system LOL He nicely explained to me how to operate it and not once did he appear annoyed. Again, service with a smile! I wish my stay was much longer. Whenever I’m in Miami again , I’ll definitely stay here.

There’s nothing to “not like” about it.

I enjoyed myself thoroughly. I just got off from a flight and the room was great. breakfast was just as good in the morning and the staff was on point enjoyed myself.

The only thing for me was not that I did not like the bathroom was nice. The only thing is I don’t use… l like a handheld shower as well. Just the big head shower was as good but it’s not something that I would have.

We were only having an overnight stay before travelling to the port. The rooms were spacious enough for 2 people and showering/bathroom was more than adequate. The beds were one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. I would definitely stay here again should the need arise.

The sausage at breakfast. Outdoor seating had not been checked so when we sat down we all got wet clothes. Luckily the sun was shining so with our backs facing the sun the clothes soon dried.

very well located by airport ; we were early and room was ready so we could check in. Day after we could stay longer as the flight was late evening.

nothing below expectations. Tip: if you want a good Italian dinner, go to Capriccio at 9551 NW 41st street, Doral ; appr 15 min drive from the hotel. Good food, clean, relaxed (no American show from the waiter), and decent priced. Portions are also royal, so no need for too many courses.

Cleanness, facilities, coffee station in the room + veggie options at the restaurant.

Much longer ride from the airport compared to the other airport hotels (but still ok) and neighborhood does not seem very friendly.

It was a good price to stay close to the airport for one night only. It was comfortable enough to rest waiting for the connecting flight.

We arrived late at night. The shuttle bus took about one hour to reach the airport. Unfortunately, there was no sit and space in the trunk for us.

Great airport hotel. Loved using the fitness centre and pool. Dinner was good and breakfast was great! Breakfast staff was very accomodating. Had to reschedule my reservation and the hotel was very quick to arrange this. The rooms were very modern and clean.

Wasn't too sure when the airport shuttle would arrive, so I waited outside for half an hour and then it picked me up.
